⭐Dave's Meal Prep⭐ is truly a lifesaver for us! We have to travel to the Bronx to caregive for our parents and it is so difficult to access healthy food options while we are here. I am so thankful I found Dave's. We love the variety in the meals and they are actually delicious! My husband wanted to eat 2 meals back to back because he enjoyed it so much. The portion size is great. The local delivery is awesome and we love the quality packaging and bag the meals came in. We wish great success for this business!??

Meals are absolutely delicious and well balanced! Eating healthy does not come easy to me and I can honestly say these meals make me feel like im "cheating" because of how good they are. I get the 14 meal plan and its perfect for my week! There are so many different combinations of what you can get and they have all been equally great. So happy with the service.
