Music is too loud, is this a club?, service is Okay, the food cooked fresh is good, but the food from the front looks and tastes quite unhealthy as it left me with a mildly upset stomach, is it properly cooked/preserved and displayed at the right temperatures to prevent bacteria growth?

The food is good, but the customer service is TERRIBLE!!!

The women there practically IGNORED me because of the Hispanic customers.

The manager, not knowing how observant I am, would not let the "waitress" open the second register, but instead made me wait until the electric register counted TWICE!
The customer service at Cuchifrito RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER on 188th is 200% better.
What happened to customer service? Why are the manager and staff racist Dominicans? Why do Hispanic customers receive priority service over non-Hispanic customers when a dollar is a dollar?

The food is good (the best mofongo), the prices are good. It's 24 hours (excellent). BUT THE DAY STAFF ARE THE WORST. They don't pay attention because they are gossiping among themselves, they are hateful, they notice that I am ready to order and they don't speak. They are so shameless that when I walked out the door they said let them come in that I didn't say I wanted to (very lack of customer service and professionalism) and it's not the first time.

The night staff is the best. 10/10.

This place is a disgrace! A scared young woman came into the restaurant to ask for the address to call her Uber.She stood OUTSIDE of the restaurant and the owner approached her with hostility telling her she needed permission to use their address to call her Uber. The lady was respectful and obviously frightened. He told her to shut up and locked her out of the restaurant. The restaurant was still very much open! His behavior disgusted me and I will no longer support a business that conducts itself in this manner.

Terrible service, they sold me a bad juice and forced me to buy it and when I demand my money they tell me no, the juice is good even though it was a literal glass of sugar. I never recommend coming here, the food was also terrible, the Yuka was drier than dirt.

Terrible service, they sold a very bad cup of juice that was $6 and they forced me to buy it by not giving me a refund when I asked for it. The cup of tamarindo juice was disgusting and full of sugar and the food was dry and disgusting.Never recommend a place like this to anyone.

Their food is good and although it is a little small they have a lot of variety on their menu.
