When i went inside i was greeted and tended to right away. I ordered a medium jerk chicken w oxtail gravy plantain cabbage and rice and peas. The chicken had just the amount of spice and seasoning . Rice wasnt fresh had a good taste by itself ! my boyfriend had the oxtail rice and peas with plantain and cabbage. Oxtail was tender and well seasoned the cabbage was good too . Portion size was great service was great and THE OXTAIL EMPANADA WAS CRAZYYYYY GOOOD !!!! Lml highly recommend this place ill be back !!

No one was dining when I visited but there were a lot of pick ups. First and foremost the food was delicious and well seasoned even the rice n peas. I picked something basic which was Rice peas steamed vegetables oxtail gravy over rice with jerk chicken and a few sweet plantains! Every bite had me smiling !!! Even the Mac n Cheese was hittin that one impressed me. I also had jerk chicken empanadas and those were also slapping! They got that work ! I’m going after work today !!!

I love this restaurant, not only is the food amazing (my fav is chicken Rasta pasta) I get for my Mom brown stew chicken lunch portion all in the evening because she doesn’t eat much and the amazing servers work with what I want for her. Absolutely amazing food!! The oxtail melts in your mouth. To anyone who may be new to the Caribbean cuisine, try the lunch specials and you won't be disappointed. I make the 15 minute drive from Wakefield (a largely Caribbean neighborhood in fact) just to order from here. Simply the best.
