They denied my order being it was cash even if I called them and said I’m paying cash they turned off there online service ontop of it did t take my order out rages never eat here again

The customer service at this location is absolutely disgusting. I have had issues with my food order time and time again and when I reach out to the store I am always met with a terrible attitude and no resolutions. Things have even escalated to one of the employees yelling at my boyfriend tonight because they were missing an item and he refused to give us what was already paid for… It sucks that this is the closest location to me because as much as I would love to continue to support dominos, this location gives them such a bad name.

I've been ordering from this Domino's since I was a kid and I finally decided to write a review. I've spent the last week and a half with food poisoning after have a pizza from here and it is now the second time over the years i've had food poisoning from here. I will no longer be eating from this location. The staff is nice but this has been the worst week being in and out of the hospital.

Through place an order on the app with specific directions. They disregarded everything I asked for.. What I ordered required an upcharge guy would not even entertain refunding me.. but was quick to take my cash

It takes a bit of time since the food cooks in the oven and there may be other orders ahead. The food was delicious, and the service was great. They should have one staff member at the front to reduce wait times. Ordering online and picking up works best. Thank you guys and god bless you
I ordered food online for pickup — food was great, no complaints. The shop is quite small and can feel cramped when there’s a line, but the service was excellent. I recommend ordering through the app since you can get better deals and simply pick up your order when it’s ready. It’s easy and saves time
Atrocious service. Absolutely disrespectful and disregarding of their customers. Fat chance having a delivery ordered on time, or following proper instructions. Had to actually go to the place and fight for twenty minutes just to get my order, and even then they overcharged me after the fact. They think their customers are idiots and mumble to themselves in Urdu like some of us aren't bilingual and know they're insulting and complaining. Definitely would not go here. Better off walking to Allerton.

My order was $12 and they added $7 in tips. I think it's disrespectful.You choose whether to tip or not, they don't have to take their tip from your card.I understand that we should leave a tip, but it's up to each person whether they want to do it or not, or they don't know if the person doesn't put tips online because they want to give it in person to the delivery person.

This location bakes the pizza properly making sure there is no raw dough that hasn't been baked. Hot and ready just as advertised! They aren't rushing the pizza like the Nereid Ave branch (tried it once and never again lots of raw dough).

I must say I am extremely disappointed. The pasta was burned, Hawaii pizza & cali bacon chicken ranch pizza was extremely dry dough was not like even dough dry stale. I will NEVER Order Domino's again. I should have just went up the block & gotten regular pizza from the pizza shop. 👎😡🤬😤
