I can honestly say I have never experienced service like this from any other place. It is terrible. Every time I order through my domino's app they say they can not deliver it to my apartment and makes me come to the lobby to pick it, but when ever someone else orders there isn't an issue. This time when it was time for delivery they rang the bell and we let them in and on my way down stairs I find my pizza order on the FLOOR of the lobby. I have never been more disgusted, angry and disappointed in their service. I will never order from this location again.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your establishment. On 3/30/2025 I placed an order for one pie and a cheese bread and was informed that delivery would occur within a reasonable timeframe 45 time to be exact. However, the sequence of events that followed was both disappointing and frustrating.
Approximately five minutes prior to the expected delivery time, I contacted your store to inquire about the status of my order. Regrettably, the customer service I received was subpar. The representative who answered my call was unprofessional and, before providing any information regarding my order, abruptly terminated the call. This lack of courtesy was both unexpected and disheartening.
Despite my attempt to follow up, it took an additional two hours for my order to arrive. Upon its arrival, I was unable to retrieve it due to security protocols on the campus, resulting in further inconvenience.
The sequence of events not only caused significant delays but also reflected poorly on the professionalism and customer service standards I expect from a reputable business. I trust that you will address this matter with the seriousness it warrants to prevent future occurrences

It's okay but I've stopped ordering pepperoni bc it's always gamey. When I picked up an order, they tried to gimme chicken instead of cheesy 🧀 bread 🍞... and I hate chicken compared to cheese. They're probably better than other Domino's though.

Coming here was oWasting of time only , they should’ve asked what is the issue first before taking an x-ray and charging insurance to make some money when they basically couldn’t fix a small matter and changing the locator attachment .

Called and asked nicely if they could change my pasta to breadbowl since the option isn’t available on Ubereats. Reluctantly said no that they cant do it, perhaps both manager and employee are having a bad day but other times it wouldn’t be a problem since it’s the same price. Please update the breadbowl option on the app if making a mere change on my order would be catastrophic to them.
