Waiting for 2 hours; no one answering the phone.
This location is the absolute worst!!! It doesn't matter if it's carry out or delivery. It's a minimum of 2 hours to get your pizza and then it's not even hot. When the timeline says your order is ready that's a lie. Your order won't be ready for another hour after that if you're lucky.
Improve on everything, specifically time management when it comes to deliveries!
