They are stealing from costumers. Every other domino I ever went to always gives me 2 dipping sauce without paying any extra money when I order 16 wings. I went to this store and order 16 wings they only gave me one dipping sauce and try to charge me when I asked for the second one.

The ABSOLUTE worst dominos ever , ordered garlic bread twists , recieved cinnamon bread twists . The excuse on the phone was “people usually order cinnamon bread twists so that’s why we sent that” EXCUSE ME? Do you not read the orders before you make them ? Then asked me to wait 30 minutes for them to correct the mistake after waiting already over 30 minutes
Edit .. after hanging up the phone with them .. they continuously call me back to try to argue and be confrontational

Received the wrong food, then they take it lightly like it was my fault. They wanted me to bring the pizza to the restaurant to exchange it for the correct one. Papa John's right across...go there.

This Domino's location is okay but has problems, its the only one within this area so you sort of just have to deal with it if you want their pizza. Ordered their stuffed crust and just got a normal crusted pizza which was really annoying. Not horrible but they're prone to getting your order wrong.

On the app it said delivered when he was no where near my address. I had to call the store to make sure. Not only did they forget a food item from my online order, the delivery guy caught an attitude as if it were my fault. Also the lava cakes were burnt.

I did a pickup order in domino’s today 03/7/25 at 8:51 pm. I called them saying I want my buffalo wings well done and extra sauce. When I went to pick my food they put a whole bottle of sauce in there as they were mocking me. Is this how domino’s workers respond to a customer request on something. It was very disrespectful behavior by the workers there. Is this is how the manager trained the workers there?They put whole bottle of sauce in my wing and they are laughing asking me if I want more sauce. Is the management don’t see the reviews of customers. Management should get involved and take actions toward the situation.

Went to pickup my carry out order, a bread bowl pasta. Got to the store and the ceiling was leaking right in front of the cashier due to the rain and the lady that was working by herself was on the phone conversing and laughing. This must have been distracting for her and her ability to read because when I got home I realized she made a regular pasta instead of a bread bowl pasta.

The service in this place is very very unpleasant. From out right lying about delivery attempts, having you wait outside of the building, mixing up customer orders, having nasty attitudes for no apparent reason to strait up bad customer service. They do not operate professionally, it seams like everybody including the delivery men, handles the pizza from the beginning to the end with no gloves, no mask , no hairnet. Loud conversations are carried out over open pizza which has a large surface for saliva to easily fall into. They operate with no sense of normal sanitary standards. Corporate needs to step in and clean house. This particular Dominos store is doing the Brand an injustice.

Gave specific directions as per usual on how to cut and prepare the pizza as per usual employees packaged it up and tried to rush me out so that I wouldn’t notice halfway home. I realized that my Pizza instructions were not returned upon returning. I listened to the store manager lie about his name to another customer who was complaining about it at the store. This specific location has a huge problem with customer service and whenever you have an issue, they tend to speak a different language and look at you and laugh would love have an actual store manager could get in touch with me

Placing order on app was OK. Left delivery instructions as asked. Intercom # apt. #. Driver Bahar refused to bring up order . He said he doesn't bring order up, I must come down. I left a 15% tip on app. Would have tipped $0.00 or not put in order if I was told that. I have mobility issues. My son happened to visit, I had him bring up order. I should have canceled order. They're were so little about of toppings on the pizza I couldn't really taste it, could hardly see it. I should have read the reviews for this location. Probably never again. Never say never,hope they make nesscary changes. They aren't the only pizza place in town.
