Worst staff ever. The entire staff is rude. The ladies in the front always lie saying the bathroom is closed, but they let only their delivery people go in. No one can dine here because they’re rude and urge you to leave. in NYC, any foodplace with 20+ seats is required to have a functioning bathroom. They lied and said their was no water but let someone in after i asked. There’s no signs either that the bathroom is just for employees. Both times i went i complained about this and everytime its always an excuse and rude responses! I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER. THIS PLACE NEEDS BETTET SERVICE BETTER MANAGEMENT.

Very rude and inconsiderate workers. I was with my baby brother who’s 6 year old and he needed to use the bathroom after we had ordered food from them and the workers refused to let him use it and said the “bathroom was out of service” and that the functioning bathroom is for employees only despite seeing the kid there almost ready to pee on himself. No shame and no consideration at all and no customer service here. Disgusting attitude from workers and inconsiderate managers

This is the worst Domino's Pizza Store the employees there really need a class and customer service I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone came to help me one young lady was in the back on her phone another one was at the side eating they had one lady that seems to be working the one that was working came and took my order the other two that stood there and looked at her and when my pizza was ready no one told me for about 15 minutes I sat there waiting and my pizza until the young lady that took my order said your order is ready

I placed an order totaling $23, plus the point I earned to get free soda lost it too which was charged to my account. This was the last of my funds for the day, used with the intent to feed my children. Unfortunately, the delivery driver never showed up with the order and never contacted me at all — no phone call, no message, nothing.
I called the store and spoke with the manager. I even provided my phone number again in case there had been a misdial. The manager assured me that she would reorder the pizza and told me to wait outside. I waited in the rain for 45 minutes, but once again, the delivery never arrived, and no one contacted me. The driver later falsely claimed to have called, which is completely untrue.
I called back to follow up, and the manager and I went back and forth. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and ultimately hung up on me when I asked for a refund. This lack of professionalism and empathy is disgusting and unacceptable. I have never experienced this level of disrespect from a Domino’s store before.
As a result, I am demanding a full refund of $23 immediately. I am a loyal customer who has now lost all trust in your services. It is disgraceful that customers are treated this way — especially when children are involved and food is never delivered.

They claimed they were going to call me when my order was ready for pick up even though they already had it on the rack for over 10 minutes. Horrible costumers service here, came twice and ask for the key to the bathroom and they claimed the bathroom working is only for employees when they are literally outside for costumers. So you come here spend your money and you’re not able to use the restroom.
Don’t order delivery from this location. I called for a delivery, they took down my address and card details and said it would be an hour. An hour passes and the pizza isn’t here. I call and stay on the line for 10 minutes before getting to someone for them to say they don’t deliver to this location because it’s too far but they charged my moms card

Somehow I never got my online delivery. I was so surprised and that has never happened to me for Dominos. They are running a SCAM or something.
I got texts that my order was almost ready & that the driver was in the area - along with 2 missed calls. The tracker even says it was delivered 😒
So I go downstairs. 10 mins later, nothing - so I called the store only to get attitude & be told that the driver called me when he had just left the store not when he was there - make that make sense. 20 mins later - nothing. So I try to call again & now they literally start ignoring my calls & leave me on hold. To the point where I heard a girl say hello after a while & then as soon as I said hello the most obnoxious xmas music was put on - they know what they're doing.
At this point it's an hr later & still nothing - they can shove it up their ass honestly. No call, nothing - they ate my order or something 🤣
Reported them & will file a fraud claim. SCAM LOCATION!
