They called me when they got outside and insisted I come downstairs to get my order with 3 small kids in 20 degree weather because he can’t come upstairs, with no real reason. Then just cancelled my order. So now I have to reorder food from somewhere else after having to wait 30 plus mins. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service.

I'm not ordering from these females again. These GIRLS most definitely coughed/food poison on the food. Me and my bf doordash to eat thanks to the only male in there he delivered, but next day is when things started to happen. It's been days and I didn't want to believe that they were the reason but we keep throwing up, have stomach virus, and out of nowhere get extremely sick an my body is weak

Placed an order on DoorDash received a call from them and I called the number back a minute after I missed the call no answer waited a bit the order had updated to it had been delivered I called the store to find out where my order was the driver said that nobody wanted to come downstairs and that they don’t go upstairs my instructions on DoorDash say to drop off order at my door I had no problem going downstairs that wasn’t the issue but the issue was when I tried to return the call no answer and it was a minute after they had called me that I returned the call if you are going to do DoorDash they also have to follow the instructions on the person’s DoorDash account also don’t lie and say nobody wanted to come downstairs because that wasn’t the case. Won’t order from here anymore.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a Domino’s location. I called once and was put on hold for about five minutes. I called back five more times and no one answered. At first, I thought maybe they were just busy — but when I arrived at the store, it wasn’t busy at all. I asked Maria, “Hey, how come nobody was answering the phone?” She replied, “I don’t know,” with a nasty, nonchalant attitude and then walked away from me while I was still talking. Extremely rude. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I only have problems with this Domino’s location when I try to redeem a free pie. Replace an order redeeming a free pie and for some lava cakes. I went downstairs to greet the delivery man and the tracker went from a two minute ETA to 14 then completed. This location does not like to redeem free pies. It’s Papa John’s from now on.

0 Stars if I could. I ordered a large pizza with extra pineapple, extra steak, and cheese — and not only did they give me less than a regular order, they didn’t even bother to cut the pizza! When I brought this up to a higher-up at the store, I was told, “That’s how it’s made, nothing we can do.” Seriously? Why charge people for extra toppings if you’re going to give LESS?
This location clearly doesn’t care about accuracy or quality. They don’t check orders, they just slap random ingredients on the pie, rush everything out, and hope customers won’t notice until they’re already home. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
Do not waste your money here. They cut corners, they ignore special instructions, and they shrug off complaints like it’s normal. Absolutely ridiculous service — Domino’s should be embarrassed to have their name on this location. And the place is dirty as can be… DISGUSTING store & RUDE staff

Worst staff ever. The entire staff is rude. The ladies in the front always lie saying the bathroom is closed, but they let only their delivery people go in. No one can dine here because they’re rude and urge you to leave. in NYC, any foodplace with 20+ seats is required to have a functioning bathroom. They lied and said their was no water but let someone in after i asked. There’s no signs either that the bathroom is just for employees. Both times i went i complained about this and everytime its always an excuse and rude responses! I AM A PAYING CUSTOMER. THIS PLACE NEEDS BETTET SERVICE BETTER MANAGEMENT.
