Somehow I never got my online delivery. I was so surprised and that has never happened to me for Dominos. They are running a SCAM or something.
I got texts that my order was almost ready & that the driver was in the area - along with 2 missed calls. The tracker even says it was delivered 😒
So I go downstairs. 10 mins later, nothing - so I called the store only to get attitude & be told that the driver called me when he had just left the store not when he was there - make that make sense. 20 mins later - nothing. So I try to call again & now they literally start ignoring my calls & leave me on hold. To the point where I heard a girl say hello after a while & then as soon as I said hello the most obnoxious xmas music was put on - they know what they're doing.
At this point it's an hr later & still nothing - they can shove it up their ass honestly. No call, nothing - they ate my order or something 🤣
Reported them & will file a fraud claim. SCAM LOCATION!

Horrible customer service pizza tracker was down delivery driver lied and said pizza was in lobby after I chose deliver to front door 5 minutes later he came around the corner without a bag he forgot to put my sauces in the boxes I had to carry 3 drinks and a broken pizza box up to my appt when I opened the lava crunches they were smashed I need a full refund on order #218

if i could give 0 stars i would. The lady refused to give me my pizza and she claimed that the card i was showing her didn’t match up to the one i paid with even though it was the exact same card and we even showed her the transaction and she still refused to give me my pizza.

Ordered via Uber Eat and waited on the street for an hour. According to the app, the food was delivered. No one answered the phone directly at the Domino's branch. impudence. Money will be retrieved via Uber. Do yourself a favor and don't order there, other reviewers felt the same way.

When I got my first small Pepperoni Pie, I was really excited to try it. You can order traditionally, but there is a neat option to place your order via the Domino’s App. It can be done in-store without verbally ordering with the cashier. The app even tells you the approximate time it will be prepared. With a little bit of wait time, you can see your order being made with the custom options you state on the app. The cashier will call you when the order is ready. The small pie itself is delicious with the right amount of cheese, meat and spice, all flavored in a soft and yet crunchy crust. I am satisfied with the Pepperoni Pie. Note that you can earn points to add up to rewarding bonuses, such as complimentary orders on Domino’s.
Vegetarian options: The classic Cheese Pie (no meat toppings) is one of the most common option for vegan pizza lovers. I recommend it. Check out your local Domino’s for vegan toppings, such as extra cheese, mushrooms, onion, spinach, olive, and pineapple.
