??Avoid this place??Why is Domino's still doing business in this area when they refuse to deliver their products to my mom's door apt? Areas where 95% of the housing are buildings, unbelievable? My mom barely can walk and I ordered something for her (living in another state)and they just refused to bring her orde to her door and then called her to come down…. Awful customer service ???

Delivery drivers do NOT follow instructions and force you to go outside in the cold to meet them instead of doing contactless delivery as they are instructed. Not only that, but you can’t change your tip afterwards if things go wrong. Terrible service.

we asked for a delivery through phone and at the end we waited for +40min and called to check and the lady who answered said they had no delivery to my address or phone number and also said they don’t even deliver to my address but when i called to place the order the lady sounded annoyed and never told me anything about my address. I don’t recommend

Personally this is my favorite dominos spot. They have plenty tables for eating and bathrooms for the customers as well. Their pizzas are always hot and fresh, which makes it more delicious. The workers always look annoyed or stressed though. Customer service isn’t that great. But the taste does not disappoint.

Very unfortunate. The customer service was disgusting. The female behind the counter was very rude rolling her eyes because I asked for my order. Taking her sweet time. All she needed to do was hand me my order. And proceeded on taking food outside the oven. There was a second worker who was taking care of those orders.
I love this shop! I order often and they never let me down. My food is hot and fresh with a quick delivery. Big shoutout to Genesis who always comes thru with the excellent prep work!!

I personally do not like when an employee notices you trying to pick up an order and they continue to clean or also in this case doing the schedule taking there time to even acknowledge you when as a customer I shouldn’t be waiting for you to do something that is not have to do with helping customers.

I had placed an order online for my mom and younger sis on Oct 3, 2023. I received the call saying the person was there, but when I got downstairs, no one was in the lobby I waited Watching the window there was a lot of cars but no delivery man (so I guess he use he's personal vehicles to make the delivery) the supervisor called me Aureliano at718-293-2170 informed me the driver is there, but no luck he's not there. According to the tracker, he said he pulled up. I came outside, and no car pulled up . So I waited a while long, then went back upstairs. I called again, and I asked if the driver come please have him come out of the car so I could identify to pick up my order they said 4 min be out side but I waited an hour no one showed up and when I called the saw my name on the caller ID because after the automatic voice service they hung up on me 5 times and when I called blocked they just let me on hold for 15 minutes. I never had a problem with them b4. The way they treated me was uncalled, for I wasn't rude, nor did I curse at the I just want to a refund

Horrible customer service. This is my second attempt walking in to place a order in hopes that this time would be better then the last. The manager was at the register and had the customers waiting to place our orders while she was conversing with another person and staff, having a enjoyable conversation with complete disregard towards the customers who should be priority. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate towards other people’s time and hunger. To be a manger and leading by that example isn’t ideal for any establishment.
