Honestly I always order my pizza and offer tips, today my mom bought and since she doesn't know English she told me that the pizza they gave her was badly done, I very calmly went to the store telling them to pay for a medium pizza, they responded violently by throwing the door and yelling at me that they don't make mistakes, they were about to fight with me that I decided to leave, what a disappointment that they want to solve everything with violence only for a pizza that they could change and case solved, I hope they take action in this case because the people who serve in this place 946 southern blv are really aggressive to the point of hitting for a simple meal, I claim this because I also paid for the pizza and they received me aggressively.

I usually do delivery from this place but now I’m not ordering from this place they took $15 dollars out my card and the delivery driver didn’t come upstairs I told them call me so I can ring them in and come upstairs like they usually do and he hung up and never gave my pizza and I called the place and telling me they’re gonna resend it after I told them not to and need a refund and I haven’t gotten my money back they just hung up . Do not go here at all horrible service and disgusting attitudes

This is the worst dominos ever I spent over $60 and got food that was uncooked and the my pizza was mad please I need corporate to look into this matter cause I will be back tomorrow and I will be causing a seen.

This dominoes is always on point from pizza to wings deserts and everything on their menu always made fresh on the spot packaged correctly and taste is always delicious nice staff preparing the food I see use of gloves hair nets and cleanliness in the foid areas. I highly recommend this dominoes location.
As I went back for my third slice of pizza, I noticed a hair in it. I’m completely disgusted and now don’t even want to touch anything from that order. It’s unacceptable and unsanitary to serve food without covering your hair — that’s basic hygiene. When I called the store, one of the guys was extremely rude and tried to turn it around on me, saying I was just mad at the delivery driver. Why would I make up finding hair in my food? On top of that, the delivery situation was suspicious. My Uber Eats app said my food had already been delivered, yet I hadn’t received anything. I had to call, and then a Domino’s delivery driver showed up after the fact. Something about that isn’t right, and it makes me question what’s going on at this location. Like the box is literally big enough to place the C. Cakes next to each other, but they stack it on top ? That was smart 🙄

I ordered a pizza tonight at 5:58pm, the tracker after 14 min said driver arrives in 1 minute, I went out and tracker restarted. This went on for 15 more minutes. I called Dominos spoke to girl calmly at this point, she says she will call driver and hangs up; meantime tracker still going restartinh at 7min. I called back to find out the update she told me hold on and just put the phone down. This happened for about an hour and then the manager told her tell me 5 minutes 10 minutes past call it again and then you told me 5 minutes again so then finally he answer the phone and we got into an argument and I demanded he canceled the order and told him that I'm only 13 minutes away if he doesn't cancel it I'll come down to the store. For some reason unbeknownst to me he took that as a threat and started saying oh I'm so afraid I'm so afraid are you going to come and kill me or you going to come and kill me obviously at this point I'm confused, I had to get extremely loud to get him to comprehend that me coming down there would be if he doesn't cancel the order and he finally does it. Never ordering from here again.

Just waited a whole hour for me to send my wife downstairs to get the food Because I know how scary these drivers be specifically driver MD rides off with my fooddddddd and leaves my wife standing there with nothinggggg this is unacceptable somebody better get fired or I’m going to waiting outside that store until closing for driver Md or anybody that work here
