I placed two orders tonight on December 22,2024 . One was a large pizza that was specially designed and it was still mushy in the center which means it was not cooked properly. The second order was two orders of wings that I called and told them I wanted ran through the oven twice and they didn’t do it because they were still rubbery and barely any sauce on the wings. the only reason I didn’t go back to the store is because of how cold it is outside. So I am writing this review as I am heating my oven to cook everything more so I can feed my kids and myself. I definitely would say that this is the worse dominos pizza I ever ate from before and the prices I paid for it is a shame to say that I have to go back and cook it more is mind blowing. This store should be patronized with caution because you are not getting what you are paying for and that ain’t right

When I go to order nobody was the counter but are gossiping with each others. When he came he didn't respond. I asked 3 times to place my order but he didn't respond. He was engaged with the others staffs.

Radi was really nice and understanding also made sure I got my food quick and how we wanted it he also made sure we got the plates and other stuff I ask for and needed I think he was one of the best workers there thank youuuu

I can say that I have had several experiences in this place, yes I think they take a long time to give service to the people who come in person, I have not had problems with the food for the moment but I think they should have more hygiene I think it is not good that they do not use gloves while working, for example: the person who took my order uses the computer and receives money and then went back to look for and prepare food and I did not see when he washed his hands and much less when he used the gloves. I think they should be more careful because there are many diseases and most are due to not washing your hands or using gloves.

The workers ruined one of my pizzas and we didn't eat it with some friends, instead we went to complain because they ruined our pizza (it tasted horrible) and we told them we couldn't eat that and they treated us disrespectfully and even yelled at us

The initial wait for my order was a bit longer than expected, which resulted in my food arriving cold. However, I called the store, and they quickly resolved the issue—within 15 minutes, I had a new, hot, and fresh order delivered. Excellent customer service!

This place was a disappointment. I wanted to take advantage of the promo so I decided to order some Pizza. I was going to order Little Caesars that's just down the block. I wish I had. I deeply regret it.
I placed an order through the app. I walked over just a few minutes after. When I got there, the pizza was ready. I was excited. When I opened the box, the pizza was cold. The cheese was dry, not a lot of chicken and I was really disappointed.
I do enjoy cold pizza, but it wasn't what I expected. So I decided to use my free pizza. Usually it's just the taxes I would need to pay, but this location would charge me $2.50 for the "free" pizza that is advertised. What a load of crock. I'm going to save the coupon and use it at another location.
This place sucks. I'm pretty sure it's a franchise. Won't be a customer at this Domino's.

I ordered a Alfredo bread bowl it was sloppy and sauce spilled all over the box and a piece of plastic in my pasta and it was very salty I’ll never go here again after today 08/30/2024 and the service was very slow and the restaurant is filthy especially the dining area and this was my first time going there today.they lucky I can’t add the video of all that damn plastic that was in my food
