The delivery person ran off with my order. I told them to give a minute to get downstairs, it only took me two when I got down there they were gone. I called the store and they told me they will send him back but never did

Absolutely disappointed with this Domino’s location. I stopped in to grab a box of pizza and then asked to use the restroom while I waited—was told flat out “no,” even though I was a paying customer. The manager said “the bathroom is not for customers, only the employees.”
It’s basic decency to let customers use the restroom, especially when they’re spending money at your business. This lack of hospitality and consideration made the whole experience uncomfortable. Do better.

Look I actually like Dominos pizza. This location wasn't good at all. The pizza was made without care at all. The prices seem to keep going up. I don't think I would be ordering from here again.
I placed two orders tonight on December 22,2024 . One was a large pizza that was specially designed and it was still mushy in the center which means it was not cooked properly. The second order was two orders of wings that I called and told them I wanted ran through the oven twice and they didn’t do it because they were still rubbery and barely any sauce on the wings. the only reason I didn’t go back to the store is because of how cold it is outside. So I am writing this review as I am heating my oven to cook everything more so I can feed my kids and myself. I definitely would say that this is the worse dominos pizza I ever ate from before and the prices I paid for it is a shame to say that I have to go back and cook it more is mind blowing. This store should be patronized with caution because you are not getting what you are paying for and that ain’t right

When I go to order nobody was the counter but are gossiping with each others. When he came he didn't respond. I asked 3 times to place my order but he didn't respond. He was engaged with the others staffs.

Radi was really nice and understanding also made sure I got my food quick and how we wanted it he also made sure we got the plates and other stuff I ask for and needed I think he was one of the best workers there thank youuuu
