I always order the dominoes pizza for my kids from very long time from different locations but whenever. I ordered cheese pizza from this location , they served to me old, cold pizza , unfortunately I ordered Pizza from pizaa Hut because of them ( front desk employee ), couple months later I have ordered pizza today from this location and changed the topping ? Chicken and mushroom)but still they served to me again cold pizza , so I complained the Bangladeshi that’s why you guys served to me cold pizza , he said to me how long you’ve ordered the pizza, I said 20 minutes ago , and he told another Bangladeshi employee to reheating this pizza, so I have no choice I got it, because of late night, my kids is waiting, after that my my kids ate pizza and vomited Late night at 4 am, so I requested to the director of dominoes pizza store please take care your employees, ( customer priority first) thank Ali

This place is disgusting! They are contracted through uber eats and they use their own staff to deliver orders except they refuse to bring orders to peoples door after tipping. The driver called me and said if my elderly disabled mother couldnt come downstairs to get the order they would go back. The driver was nasty and unprofessional and hung up on me. First and last time ordering from here. I will also be sure to call corporate and file a complaint.

The pizza is taking over 45 mins to come once it left the store. We’ve called multiple times and all they had to say was “he’s on the way” even though the pizza said delivered already. No one was able to contact the driver to give us an exact estimate on where our food was. Dominos is about 5 mins away from our location. They need better communication. We ordered our pizza at 6:45pm and it is now 8:06pm and still hasn’t been delivered.

Ordered cinnamon bread twists and came with no icing and called the driver saying he seen no icing with the order isn’t it SUPPSOED to come with the order? I’m supposed to it dry? It’s always supposed to come with it never ordering from them again I called the dominos number and they said they had nothing to do to help his name was Ahmed sounds like a Indian guy and is terrible at his job.

I ordered for delivery and the driver calls my phone once and hangs up and doesn’t answer my returning phone calls and brings my pizza back to the store then the manager Ahmed said he’ll send a driver back with the pizza I waited half hour just for the driver to tell me I have to walk all the way outside to the car to come and get my pizza from him which I have never heard of. I then Call the store to make a complaint to the manager and he tells me that’s a rule of dominos and they don’t deliver to your door. Very unprofessional and this is t my first incident with them. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.
