This dominoes is bullshit, i pay uber eats for my delivery and they decided to send with their delivery and dont want to come up to the apartment even tho its a elevator they shouldnt have uber eats app if they not going to provide full service as requested

This was terrible service. I followed the tracker. It said that delivery guy was downstairs. Then he left and took 30 more minutes he calls I go downstairs. He’s walking up the block. His bike is in front of the building. I get the food. It’s ice cold and immediately I called the store and the guy who answered the phone who wasn’t much help stated that he would send me another pizza within 20 minutes I explained to him my daughter has waited long enough and she is hungry. I’m just gonna put it in the microwave to heat up and they can refund me. He said no bring the pizza If I want and I’ll get a refund then terrible customer service I will never ever order from this place again they need to get real people that knows how to handle customers with their needs

My first job was with Domino's Pizza and this was when I was 16 it's a very good starting place where they believe in giving opportunity to employees to move up the ladder they demand you do great job and come up with new ideas for business and customers as well whatever to make people happy on both ends I forever I love Domino's and I'm forever grateful for the opportunity they gave me when I was young !! I only wish I stood working with them longer it would have been a great experience, however I think under pressure and constant order calls they take on a daily basis you have to give it to those people working diligently every day to satisfy our taste!!!! Kudos to this franchise! I give 4 stars because it's always good to have room for improvement !??Bee well
I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich and my bread was badly molded with green mold. I called the store to speak with the manager and I was hung up on. Then I called again and was told the manager wasn’t present at the store.

Was having an issue with an order I placed through Uber. Called the store and the employee told me that I needed to contact Uber. Needed more information and was hung up on mid sentence…. Just rude. Issue was resolved because another worker picked up the phone and had much more patience.

Love my local Domino's. Wish they hadn't removed the seating - it was great with my daughter to sit and chill and wait for a pie! Anyways, can't go wrong on price, and their work is way better than what you remember as garbage pizza after a long night of drinking. Staff here is always friendly and helpful
They take FOREVER TO DELIVER.I HAVE WAITED OVER 40 MINUTES And at the end I didn’t want it but it was gonna be cold .

I requested no cheese on my sandwiches, both had cheese and they do not pick up the phone. Was on hold for 12 min before hanging up. Happened once before and the person on the phone claimed there was no cheese until I explained that there is a FOOD ALLERGY. so I sent it back as it was so they could see it had cheese. Happened again, so this is the second time, they do not read your order or take into consideration any alterations you have made to your meal and you will not get a refund or replacement or even a person on the phone to correct the situation. I will not be ordering here again and I’ve been a loyal customer for over 12 years. No thank you. It’s not hard to read what a person orders. It’s even easier to pick up a phone. They did neither.
