Terrible delivery driver, such attitude. Driver calls me and I come to the door. Im standing at the doorway in my socks waiting for her to arrive. She calls my cell again (I'm at the door) and I wave to her. She refuses to get out of her car and bring the order to the door. I tell her I'm not wearing shoes and she just drives off with my food! Says call the store! Unbelievable.

Just terrible. I never order dominos this was my first time and best believe I will be sticking to papa John’s. Dude came on a motor bike and called me to come downstairs I was barely dressed but still came down anyways. Get downstairs he’s not by the front door I have to yell multiple times at him from the door to get his attention because I’m not walking outside barely dressed. He had my 2 pizzas with 2 other pizzas so as u can see in my first picture my pizza got squished so the toppings is barely on the pizza then all the cheese I ordered on it and it ain’t barely no cheese on that pizza just hella bbq sauce only thing they could get right was the CHEESE pizza and it don’t even look like they added extra cheese to that. Am definitely deleting the dominos app after this smh.
Very Slow with the orders even when you order online. Maybe it's because it's so busy in the area. The bad neighborhood, i went to pick up some food and saw rats hanging out outside. They don't look very much organized, a lot of talking but no working 😕 🤔

If I can leave lower review i would. the delivery driver was super rude I rang him in and still refuse to deliver me the pizza I had to get fully Dress to go downstairs to pick it up when he was waiting in the lobby instead of taking my building elevator to my apt he just wait in the lobby

I ordered a pizza and chicken and it says that it was delivered. When I call the store, they had a bad attitude, they tell me he has to be somewhere and they hang up on me. It's always a problem when I order from that store. Sometimes I running to go complain to the same store. My daughter was left with the desire to eat pizza thanks to them, and how late it is😡😡😡😡

Literally the worst place I HAVE EVER ordered from and I'm a new Yorker I eat a lot of take out and since I've moved to the Bronx I will admit the service is not the same as Manhattan but this place is beyond horrible for real dominoes should close you down you are making them look really bad.
