I ordered through their app at THIS specific location every single time and this time they took my money and never sent an order number I called the store and asked if they could honor my transaction with proof he hung up in my face 2x !!!

This is not a trustworthy Domino's to buy from. I made a delivery order via their app, the app indicated that it was out for delivery at 8:48pm, at 8:58pm it showed as delivered by Mustakim, I hadn't received it so I called immediately. The person that answered at 9:00pm informs me that it'll be out for delivery. If it hadn't been out for delivery why was it marked as delivered? Twenty minutes later it was delivered and the first sandwich looked like it was thrown into the box from one side of the room to another, the bread was to the side and ingredients to another and barely cut. The second sandwich wasn't even cut. We ate them because they were already purchased but honestly I didn't trust it. Never purchasing from this location ever again.

Do not order from this dominos!! I am fed up with the constant rudeness that is heard once you call this location. I ordered pizza which was an hour late, cold, and the quality of the pizza was dry and burnt. I requested for them to remake it and the employee on the phone started screaming about how if he makes it again I will complain. I was told I would get a refund and I am waiting. My first red flag was that this store already has a 2.2 rating and there are reviews from over 12 years ago complaining about the customer service and the food its self. Take this as your sign to choose a better location when ordering dominos.

I called this location on 7/2/2025 with my son on the line asking about a two for one deal he saw.. the person who retrieved the call literally hang up the phone on us because he was frustrated with my son trying to choose something else being that they don't have the deal he was inquiring about...I called back from a different line and tell the guy with an Indian accent how I felt about his rudeness and decided not to order anything going further being that he might just sabotage/spit in it. Be careful of these workers who don't really like their jobs they choose or have any idea about customer service.
I would give this place 0 stars if I could. What's the point of having a curbside pick up option if you can't even come drop it off literally 5 steps from your store entrance

I placed an order on uber eats. They deliver for Uber eats. When it was time to deliver, they said the called and texted me. Because I never answered they decided to take my order back to the store. Not once did somebody ring my bell. I’m home, watching two babies. I wasn’t by my phone. And the don’t deliver to your door. You have to come down. I can’t come down I have an infant child. So now I have to argue with them to come upstairs. They immediately quickly offered me a refund. Worse service ever.

I have been ordering from this location for years and I previously left a good review but that has to change after recent orders. Yesterday December 1st 2017 I ordered online at 9pm and didn't get my food until almost 12:30am. This place has become an absolute disgrace in customer service. Tried calling about my order and could never get through to anyone. And to make matters worse my pizza was well over cooked. I have no idea what kind of people are working at this location but I most likely will not be ordering from them anymore. I will be getting in touch with corporate on this issue as well.
2025 update:
This location is still a disgrace. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
