I have been ordering from this location for years and I previously left a good review but that has to change after recent orders. Yesterday December 1st 2017 I ordered online at 9pm and didn't get my food until almost 12:30am. This place has become an absolute disgrace in customer service. Tried calling about my order and could never get through to anyone. And to make matters worse my pizza was well over cooked. I have no idea what kind of people are working at this location but I most likely will not be ordering from them anymore. I will be getting in touch with corporate on this issue as well.

This location is still a disgrace. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

This place is a joke. They say the order is complete via tracker before the driver even gets there. Then the driver says hes in the lobby and hes not ever near your location. Beware of this location and my cheese bread was missing the marinara.

THEY DON’T WEAR GLOVES! When I was in there watching them prepare the pizza, I noticed they aren’t wearing gloves and they’re making the pizzas with their bare hands. This was everyone on February 17,2025 around 8:00 shift. I saw one of the workers open the door with his bare hands, hold the door to grab a box of pepperoni to then open the pepperoni bag and put it in the container. I thought afterwards, he would wash his hands to get back to making the pizza but he didn’t. Another worker went to the register handled the money and continued to prepare the dough without washing his hands. I will never eat here again. Completely unsanitary. Everyone MUST use gloves or wash their hands before and after handling food. That’s truly disgusting.

Ordered online and chose the option to have the food left at my door as it was extremely cold outside. The driver did not contact me but the store did forcing me to go downstairs. The individual who called was very rude and the driver had left so I was forced to wait for the driver to return to get my order. In my case it was no big deal and I was able to go and meet the driver but for someone with physical disabilities it is ridiculous that this location refuses to bring any deliveries upstairs.

I always order through the app, and lately my orders always arrive wrong, they bring me the wrong order or I am missing items, when you call the store to solve the problem they are very rude and you have to spend a long time insisting for them to pay attention to you and many times they don't even They don't even solve your problem, they should be more attentive with orders and kinder to customers

My sons had birthday , I ordered 5 pizza . After placing online order#93 I went in the store to grab it . I was asking him status of it , I was told people order pizza yesterday and still waiting . Have you ever use domino pizza before? Even though I been ordering domino long enough . He said come back 15 min even though order placed 25 min before . I went back to the store 15 min after pizza still not ready . Come back 15 min . It took another 15 min to finish . When he handed me pizza he said learn some manners . He realized I’m going to record it . I was requested him just say one more time what you just said on camera . He said you want to fight with me? I was requesting manager he stepped back and saying I’m the manager and he goes crazy . I have whole incident tape on my phone . I couldn’t upload it here.

Waited 2 hours for delivery for the worker to keep hanging up on me. First telling me the driver is on the way. Then telling me the pizza was stolen. Waste of time.
The store is very plain. But i did like how they have a window that allows you and your little ones to see the pizzas get assembled. The guy at the register was not too friendly as he was fighting with the register. Then he kept rushing me to swipe or tap my card to pay but the ringer wasn’t ready to charge me yet. So they need to figure that out. Overall my pizza was well made and it took 25 mins. I’ll be back again.
