I was taken there by a family member to pickup ordered food. I can't comment on the services and atmosphere since I didn't enter the location. In reference to the food, it was tasty, but dried. Perhaps since it was late, the food was old, so maybe that was why it was dried. Maybe if there is another opportunity, my comments may be more positive. I am not Dominican but I worked in the USA Embassy in DR, for some time, so I know about great Dominican cuisine.Parking: Parking there is a big problem. The possibility of getting a summons is high unless there is someone in the car. We had to double Park.

Great food. I can't complain about the flavor here. However, the service of the workers here is marginal. My experience is a perfect example; ask for a lunch of rice, beans, sweet fried plantains, and stewed chicken. The woman added a bunch of rise into the container along with the beans and the. Charged me separately for the stewed chicken and a bunch of sweet plantains in a container too when all I wanted was like 2-3 pieces of the sweet plantains in the same bowl as a lunch style and pay for just that.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.

The food was very good, but terrible service, I just called and they left me on hold for more than 10 minutes and obviously the call was cut off, and it's time for me to call and call and the call doesn't come in because they still don't realize that they have the phone off the hook! Those women are evil!

I ordered the 18 dollar lunch platter and the bitch is gonna fill it up with rice tryna bs slick like that's all tf I want and payed for while everyone else is getting everything they want in there's. For all that ya should go to BRISAS down castle hill and get a lunch platter for 10 DOLLARS . Comes w your choice of rice and meat and platinos included not price added on . They made me pay 3 dollars for extra platinos when I only wanted 3 not 9 . Customer service is wack like yea they right in your face but they ain't fr listening. The meats sit out all day everyday could taste the unfressness in the first bite I took out of my chicken breast . Don't let the smell outside fool you . It looks nice on the inside but nothing crazy it used to be a McDonalds still the same layout . Go to brisas on castle hill ave for your moneys worth . Real restaurant vibe and way better customer service they actually listen and ask you questions if there unure . Don't come here please save your time and money . And to that bitch who was " serving me" and srugged her shoulders when I said she put to much rice and I ain't just order rice ... you got it coming for you I DONT play about my fucking food

The food is amazing!!! I had the pernil with brown rice and beans and everything was so flavorful had my mouth watery. I was skeptical about coming because I saw reviews complaining about prices, but inflation people hello everything is expensive right now, and to be honest for the amount of food they serve I didn’t find it expensive at all. Also be mindful if you’re paying with debit/credit card you will be charged extra fees that you wouldn’t if paying cash. I would definitely be taking the trip again from Brooklyn to try their camarofongo it looked amazing.
