I am writing to formally report a significant issue concerning a food order I purchased from your establishment yesterday, November 12 2025 The total cost of this order was $48.00.
Upon attempting to consume the meal, I regret to inform you that multiple components were clearly spoiled and entirely unfit for consumption. Specifically, the rice exhibited a distinct off-odor and taste, the cabbage appeared visibly deteriorated, and the chicken also showed unmistakable signs of spoilage, rendering the entire meal inedible.
This experience was deeply disappointing and, more importantly, raises serious concerns regarding food quality and safety standards. As a customer, I expect a fresh and wholesome product, which was unfortunately not delivered on this occasion.
I kindly request a full refund for this order or a suitable alternative resolution to address this unsatisfactory experience. I have provided my contact information below and anticipate your prompt response and assistance in resolving this matter.

Ordered on Uber and the first couple of times I ordered from them food was good! Only thing was they cheap with their plantains lol, but the last my food looked like it was picked at & im like naaah I was so disappointed! And the order was completely wrong don’t know if it was busy day but horrible experience!!!

The food was very bad, and it felt like it had been sitting for more than a week. She had it delivered to me, and the sauce was way too salty. I was really disappointed. However, what I liked was that it was hot when the delivery person brought it to me.

The food is okay…. 3 stars is dragging it but only because I usually only go for the Ackee & saltfish (& plus it’s close to home; walking distance) fried dumplings & honestly the dumplings; sometimes I have to put in the air fryer to get more crispier For the prices that’s posted it’s not even worth it honestly, because you can get more for your buck somewhere else. I can honestly say the only things/items that is good, is the Ackee/saltfish/dumplings/fried chicken. Instead of ordering on Uber/doordash; it’s not worth it at all & even for the ‘lunch special’ (ex: stew chicken with rice & peas + veggies) only 2 pieces of chicken with a plate full of rice & veggies & gravy; all in all it’s not worth it. The workers is nice tho….

I just got my order from Uber eats Iam just upset because for 28 dollars for a large oxtail plate to get 8 oxtails and only 4 of them had meat the other 4 had nothing but fat on it made it look like it was some meat. and it wasn’t?. is crazy to me. And the fried dumpling is hard like toast didn't even eat it yall need to do better with them oxtails we need meat not fat ? Iam very unsatisfied and very angry I wasted my money didn’t even want the food no more and it was cold ?????

Food here is delicious. ? The jerk chicken is official. ?? Cooked on the char grill. And, the stew peas with dumplings.. is a Yes.. Now, I don't have to drive all the way uptown anymore.. Nor have to cross any bridges. Thank you, Ben!??
