I order from this place multiple times whether it is door dash or uber etc. yesterday I switched up and went to the restaurant and picked up my food and it doesn’t fail. They forget my egg roll. I called and said they would replace it. I called back today they apparently have amnesia and didn’t remember and the person I spoke to doesn’t work there. The boneless pork spare ribs was very good just was missing egg roll. They always forget either my soda or egg roll. Poor customer service to. I attached a screen shot of the order they have no receipt of.

I ordered a chicken with broccoli and what I received had nothing to do with what I asked for. The customer service was terrible — I was treated rudely, as if serving customers was a burden. The place looks dirty, with no hygiene standards at all, and it honestly makes you question whether it’s even safe to eat the food they serve. The entire experience was unpleasant from start to finish. I demand an immediate solution: either a full refund or the correct replacement of my order.

Smallest chicken wings and as far as rice. They so cheap. Like the was serving a 2 year old. Place has really went down hill. The guy that takes orders always has a attitude. He must be miserable like the food. Never going there again.. sucks
Screw this place and the people who owns this restaurant. These people should be closed and sued. Today I found rat droppings in a order of fried rice. And the "yellow" rice has black spots all over it ,even the onions and I damn well know that's not black pepper that's disgusting. I threw the whole plate out. Keep your gutter oil food.
