Went yesterday and learned theres no descriptions and pictures are miss leading. I ordered an matcha strawberry latte and it was 70% of some thick strawberry overly sweet syrup I could barely drink it. I paired this drink with an Ube donut the ube frosting tasted like straight up chemicals.

been here twice. first time ordered the taro milk drink, i think they forget to give me taro balls. second time i ordered two fruit tea drinks, and i noticed right away this time the barista forgot to add my toppings. she was kinda about fixing it for me, but it was still crazy sweet for 50% sugar and my friends drink wasn't even filled all the way (showed in photo).

Ordered on Uber Eats. They didn't make our drinks how we wanted, we asked for boba in our drinks but there were none in our drinks, and the pictures online are completely misleading. The pictures of the drinks they have online looks nothing like it in-person. Giving them 2 stars because I feel bad to give only one.

Great place!! I got some soup dumplings and a Thai tea with boba which was really the highlight!!!!! I’ve never had a tea so delicious and I’ve had that same tea in various places. The service is so welcoming and attentive. Thanks!

The drinks are usually good however these past few times that I’ve gotten the taro balls they taste oldd and hardd. Please replace the taro balls. Also i usually order in the store but my most recent purchase from uber eats didn’t contain the extra boba i paid for. Thank you!Vegetarian options: They have almond milk as an option. However not for the cheesefoam

Very sarcastic and passive aggressive service when asking for "less ice" or "no ice" for drinks.Happened before but I thought it wouldn't be a problem again, especially when following doctor's recommendations of not drinking too cold or hot beverages. Never experienced this issue at other Dragon Teas. Others have reported the same issue and the same employees are still working there.Other than the subpar service, the teas are done carelessly and cannot enjoy them until cooled down. Im surprised the food is even cooked "well".

They delivered 3 times and I was going to order from them again and BOOM apparently my address is too far?! 3 items $30 plus. Is it because my tip wasn’t as generous enough? I gave what I could. So disappointed. I just checked UberEats again and it says the same as before.

If a business claims to close at 9:15:pm or 9:30pm , what exactly is the issue if a customer places an order around 8:50pm for an order ??! Your workers cancel orders that arrive a bit before closing ( this is the second time it happens to me) or won’t honor the promotion! I ordered and added the free $6 taro milk along with my order and guess what ? The workers send the ordered w/0 the free taro milk. Today , I had $3 off as a reward and guess what?! They did not make the order claiming l be closed when the business wasn’t closed. And they also refused to pick up the phone after 9 I guess. Just update your business hours and don’t offer any rewards if that is the case then !

One of my favorite bubble tea spots and I’m so glad it’s in the Bronx. We needed a good one. Very good. I love the Passion tea and the Lychee tea. The milkshake was god awful. Really friendly staff here always. Everyone I’ve met.
