I have ordered at this place in person and through door dash and never received my items as nasty as they did today. I called to say something and the lady besides stuttering, tells me that’s how they toast the bagels. They know if they gave this burnt, nasty thing to someone in person, it would be an issue. Sometimes people don’t have the availability to go in person because kids are home alone. As is the case right now. Also my hash browns were all mushed up like a glob not individual little pieces. I should receive the same quality items whether in person or delivery. It is not a lot of money but it still is not free. I work hard for my paycheck and spend on what I need/want. This is disgusting and rude how they justify sending me this hockey puck looking thing.

Busy and cashier usually seems distracted among the workers as you wait at the counter for 1 of the 3 people back there to take your order.
They are nice but their coffee is so bad and their bagel ?
