I have ordered at this place in person and through door dash and never received my items as nasty as they did today. I called to say something and the lady besides stuttering, tells me that’s how they toast the bagels. They know if they gave this burnt, nasty thing to someone in person, it would be an issue. Sometimes people don’t have the availability to go in person because kids are home alone. As is the case right now. Also my hash browns were all mushed up like a glob not individual little pieces. I should receive the same quality items whether in person or delivery. It is not a lot of money but it still is not free. I work hard for my paycheck and spend on what I need/want. This is disgusting and rude how they justify sending me this hockey puck looking thing.

This establishment is disgusting. My little sister was talked to rude by this one worker and now is denied good customer service because my mother spoke up. The food is also half made, spoiled, or burnt. The atmosphere is just plain nasty attitudes! Never going her again sad to be a neighbor here !

They are not good at making coffee and they raise prices and they put a tip for them if you don't read the bill I told them why the price of coffee and the carson is high Eight looks except the bill and she told me that there is a line and I went again and they had raised her stay up with a scarf for them without consulting
