Not the best area, but the service and people working here were very nice so if I’m back in the area, definitely will come back in the future

Horrible service!
I went to the DD at 6:33am to grab my drink and the lady was really rude. They have such a horrible service there. No wonder this location has 3.4. I’m never again buying here.

I buy coffee, test isn't right,

Worse Dunkin’ donut’s I’ve been too been there 3 times and all 3 times I had to leave they act as if you aren’t there waiting to be serviced as a customer, poor service

Becareful with selecting your beverage at this location. They charge in average 55% more for items than other D&D locations, one which is 0.3 miles. Don't overpay!

I ordered 2 donuts got charged for 2 donuts and the young man who works there apparently said he did put 2 donuts in the bag which he only put one why lie to customers. You guys have cameras and can check and be honest to yourselves. Worst Dunkin. That’s how you get your paychecks by customers ordering not giving free money to you guys.

This workers all need to be fired including whoever is the manager at this specific location! I’ve been coming here for years and these are the most nasty workers I have ever encountered before at any Dunkin’ Donuts ever ! They make your coffee wrong, and they get upset still make it wrong for the 2nd time. They don’t like to scan the Dunkin’ Donuts app, it’s so unprofessional in this place.

Gotten sick from one of their drinks I've ordered. If they using milk then they need to check the expiration date. After drinking my frozen hot chocolate I started to feel very nauseous and sick in my stomach to the point of throwing up. This is my first time I had this problem with the usual order from dunkin because I usually order the same beverage when I go to dunkin but when I ordered from here I started feeling unease in my stomach. they not very sanitary sometimes, there was a time my girlfriend pointed out that the employee used the cooking tray to throw away trash and reused the same tray to heat up the food with. Must say I'm not surprised if I gotten sick due to lazy work....

Visited this coffee shop for the first time and was impressed by the quality of the coffee and the excellent service. The barista took the time to explain the different coffee options and helped me choose the perfect drink to suit my taste. The latte was smooth and flavorful, and the Donut and sandwich were the perfect accompaniment. Can't wait to come back!"

Unfortunate cause the workers are nice, sometimes they dont pay attention which can be a bit disturbing. The freshness of the food has gotten better, but the outside appearance looks dirty , there’s no tables, no chairs the inside overall all looks DEAD AND UNIVITING ! they have homeless people inside the store standing coughing while food is being made. Not good. This store has the potential to do better but right now a 3 star for sure .

I have not yet had a problem with placing any mobile orders or in person orders with any mistakes on Dunkin's end but for the love of God, recently the place has been having a bunch of beggars daily in front of the damn Dunkin donuts which makes people not wanting to enter there. There is also an unpleasant smell in the place as well which is also a turn off.

This is the most horrible and disgusting, not to mention disrespectful dunkin donuts they are so rude MT daughter bought a sandwich and they never melted the cheese u came back to let them know and he was really nasty not to mention the mess up on your order's the place when walking in have a lot of people out side beginning for money don't even feel safe going in or coming out I would had rate them a zero but had no option, plz close this place down immediately.
