I'm a paramedic and went in to get something to cool off since is extremely hot and the worker was on the phone as I waited in front of him for the entire 8mins that I waited. He did not say if he was not in service or could not serve and just stood there talking on the phone. HORRIBLE service in this place and I don't recommend it

Just got some Donuts 12. ? they are always good with me. Was later in the day, noon... so it's not as busy... in the morning, it's always busy. Don't like the guy on wheelchair outside asking for money for food, but if you offer to get him something, he says he doesn't want dunkin', lol ? ? people in the bronx are too funny...
If you use the mobile don’t order ahead here it makes no difference, depending on who’s there it won’t even be started until you walk in no matter how early you order it.
The Coffee was watered down. It's a small space. It seemed every other Customer was complaining about their Order. High Prices.

I’m going to stop ordering from this location. They seal bags for deliveries without checking to make sure all of your items are in the bag. I only had an issue with the staff working evening shift and not the day shift. I called before placing order, spoke with a staff member to confirm the drinks with my order and upon delivery, items are missing. Placed an order for delivery and they forgot about four items I purchased. PAY ATTENTION
