I had a horrible experience here. The manager is a crook! I was charged $10 for a six dollar drink and never received my receipt and when I asked, I noticed a charge for two dollars for a doughnut and I asked why did they do that? they said that they didn’t have an option to charge me for the chai that I wanted to add, However, in a another location, they made it possible without charging me.

These workers have a horrible attitude. I came in for my pickup order late and they flat out denied me service because “it wasn’t placed while I was clocked in so it’s not my problem”. The order was never completed, but they refused to make my order or give me a refund. They were extremely condescending and rude towards me even though I approached them with respect. Literally just go up the block they are much nicer.

I'm a paramedic and went in to get something to cool off since is extremely hot and the worker was on the phone as I waited in front of him for the entire 8mins that I waited. He did not say if he was not in service or could not serve and just stood there talking on the phone. HORRIBLE service in this place and I don't recommend it

Just got some Donuts 12. ? they are always good with me. Was later in the day, noon... so it's not as busy... in the morning, it's always busy. Don't like the guy on wheelchair outside asking for money for food, but if you offer to get him something, he says he doesn't want dunkin', lol ? ? people in the bronx are too funny...
If you use the mobile don’t order ahead here it makes no difference, depending on who’s there it won’t even be started until you walk in no matter how early you order it.
