If I could give this place a zero star I would. Why yall stay lying bout whatâs on the menu and whatâs not and when I order something thatâs ON the menu yall give me something different!!! Just give me what I order like???

This dunkin sucks. You order something on the menu and then when they dont have the required ingredients, they try to gaslight you and say âitâs discontinuedâ to hide their own error. I have tried to get the loaded hashbrowns so many times and they keep giving me the chipotle sauce. Today, I tried again because the chipotle hashbrowns arenât on the menu anymore. So I foolishly thought I would get what i ACTUALLY ordered. Nope, chipotle again. Tried to call the number attached, no answer. Canât even get a refund because the stupid virtual chatbot is down. If theres an issue, say that! Dont give me something else I dont want and did not order, and then lie about the reason you dont have it.

This Dunkinâ Donuts is by far the BEST Dunkinâ Donuts. The cashier Diallo is so pleasant and sweet. Love how this teams work together & are so nice. My food and experience was a 10/10 I will be back plus, itâs super convenient cause they have Drive-Thru as an alternative option!

This is good location and with exception of 1 employee, who's nasty even with her coworkers, everyone is friendly. The reason for my 2 star is because this location only, this is NOT a dunkin rule because I asked in other locations, has started to charge customers $1.09 extra on cold drinks if you request less Ice. I asked her why if I ask for less ice will I be charged extra? She says because we would have to add more juice or whatever. I mean she filled the cup all the way to the top with Ice, when you pour out the juice to one of their small coffee cups without the ice it doesn't even fill the small cup halfway. So basically in this location you're buying a cup of ice with taste nothing else. I asked in 2 different locations and they no they never heard about this and no they would not charge you extra for less ice especially $1.09 but they would not sell it without ice which I find reasonable. I location even told I should report it to corporate since this is not a Dunkin thing and it looks bad for other locations. This is ridiculous and I know the location needs to make a profit but this is ridiculous.

The staff was really friendly, the shop was cozy and provided a warm atmosphere. The donut was a little stale, and I would prefer my donuts to be more warm.
