The lady with the glasses who’s normally at the cash register went to fix my order after the guy in the back messed it up she was coughing and sneezing into my food. Once she finished putting her germs on my food she tried handing it to me. Upon asking for a refund she said she will not be giving me a refund.

The short big lady in the front she messed up my order and started cursing at me and was being extremely rude to me showing no remorse and extra attitude just because I’m black, she’s so racist because I understood her language she called me a “kalo pagol” to her co-worker that was really nice to me unlike her,

The staff are great, but the atmosphere needs more effective management. They are often, illegal dealings going on, while children are in proximity and employees do not speak up or call for police help. Alot of homeless and drug addicts camp out there, as well as dealers. Fights and arguments have broken out, while customers are enjoying they coffee and food. Management is very slow at addressing problems, before they excalate.

Who do I contact to file a complaint about the employees who let that bum open the door for people? He stands there like if he owns the place and like if people owe him something every time he opens the door for someone. I WILL contact corporate about this because all the employees have to do is tell him not to do that and he'll simply go away and if he doesn't, then call the cops. I shouldn't feel uncomfortable going there when all I want to do is get my 8 year old daughter her favorite Boston Creme donuts and then feel like if I have to give him money for doing something that I can do myself which is open the door. I will go to the other Dunkin' Donuts on Jerome because I've seen that no one stands there from what I have seen lately. Get rid of this guy and I will continue going back there so in the meantime, they lost a customer.

Just horrible! There is a guy that is there every single day opening the door for people from the morning all the way up to when it's time for him to go back to the shelter. The employees don't ever tell him anything or to move away from the door because it's like they are scared of him. He looks like he intimidates them and he probably won't get out of there for a very long time. I WILL report this Dunkin' Donuts to corporate very soon.
