Horrible experience in this Dunkin Donuts. Bad customer service from Sahdona. They argued with me because I wanted fresh hash browns and not hash browns already cooked and reheated. All of this after I paid. Please go to Starbucks which is about 2 blocks away on the same avenue, I surely will!

Came around 10:30 AM and they had absolutely no more munchkins and very few donuts available. I asked them if they ever gonna make more they said no and this is at 10:30 AM. This is the worse Dunkin’ Donuts in New York City I been to. They do not value their customers whatsoever. All because they are in The Bronx

I ordered a brown sugar espresso latte, but the drink I received was not made properly at all. First, it didn’t taste like it had brown sugar — it seemed like regular sugar was used instead. The drink wasn’t shaken properly either; I had to shake it myself in my own cup, even though it’s supposed to be mixed by them in a separate cup. On top of that, it came with the wrong lid, making it even more inconvenient. Overall, the quality and attention to detail were disappointing. Definitely not what I expected.
This is the slowest Dunkin' I've ever visited. I live nearby and they know it's me, but the staff have an attitude and often speak poorly about customers. Additionally, they tend to burn the food.

Every night I go to this dunkin on castle hill first the guy he’s very nasty handle money and don’t wear a gloves to serve the food secondly he throw the order as if he don’t care I bought this plain mini bagel for my dinner because I work night shift an where I work I cannot get out an this is what I get please Dunkin’ Donuts improve your customer service as you say America runs on Dunkin I pay my money for good stuff not things that are not good an inconvenience me
