Recently visited the Dunkin’-Baskin Robbins location in Castle Hill, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I placed a pickup order online to save time, but when I arrived, things went downhill. There were two staff members—a polite female employee and a male staff member who was extremely rude. He was loudly arguing on the phone and completely ignored customers in the store. After waiting for several minutes, I finally received my order. When I tried to place an additional order, the male staff member rushed me through the process, despite the store being empty.
To make matters worse, the food tasted stale, as if it had been sitting out for hours. The online order recommendation made no difference in speed or quality. During my visit, an elderly Bangladeshi couple entered the store, and the male staff member treated them so rudely that they left without placing their order.
The store itself was in poor condition—tables were dirty, and trash cans were overflowing. Overall, the service was terrible, the food was subpar, and the environment was unwelcoming. I won’t be returning, and I sincerely hope Dunkin’-Baskin Robbins improves both its service and cleanliness, especially during the night shift.
I strongly advise against ordering at night, as the experience was nothing short of frustrating.

The coffee is great! Not everyone there can make the coffee exactly how you want it, but if they mess up they will fix it. There is only one guy there with a bad attitude that might give you a tough time. They also have to do better with cleaning the counter.

Only complaint. Better drink holders and bags for drinks. Not everyone has a car and don't always drink on the go. I spilled most of the ice coffee and other drinks on way home. You guys make enough money to invest in (no spill cups)

This is the only Dunkin Donuts i been to that you have to repeat your order so many times and yet they still get it wrong because they are too busy talking to eachother. This is also the only Dunkin Donuts i have been to thag charges you extra to add flavor to your drink and also whipped creamOn your iced latte. I kept all receipts from this Dunkin Donuts and the other ones i been to just to make sure i wasn’t going crazy and no they are robbing people here!! Notice the difference in both receipts!!
