They are not customer friendly, several times I placed a mobile order thinking it was going to one store and it went to this store. I oder something and it went through twice. I did not want to offer me a refund or store credit. What make things worse is they don't speak English

Dunkin in the Bronx is AWESOME. I live in Pennsylvania and Dunkin in the Bronx, no matter which one you go to, cause I went to a lot of them. They were amazing. They tasted so good. The coffees were great, the donuts were so different from ours back home. They just had such good flavor and the service. I'll tell you, the men and women in the Bronx are just so..... Well, they are as sweet as their donuts. I love them. Thank you to all of them.

Food is good they have a hard time taking orders came in yesterday and took my order wrong then there's illegal drug use in the store and out and the service is horrible one time I came in a they ignored me because they were showing there jackets of and there was roaches in the fridges

Good experience. Don't like the area though and ghetto to the maximum also drug addicted people begging and haggling people for money! Let me tell you something from someone that's been through the gutter and back, you have to be the one to change and WANT to change because nobody gives a rats about you or you're wellbeing. Nobody is obligated to give anyone anything.. with that being said I like this establishment but needs to do better to clean up. Peace ✌?
