They don’t know how to take orders because I ordered my drink with almond milk and as you can see there’s no almond milk the workers act like the don’t understand English and they get an attitude when they get an order wrong this is the second time I’ve ordered from this dunkin

I got a refresher with black tea today and it tasted like coffee. I went back in to ask them to remake it and the lady tried to tell me the black tea is coffee??? She seemed very hesitant on remaking my drink, she even made me try a sample of what the black tea should taste like instead of just remaking my drink. (Also I had only take 2 sips of my drink, so the cup was still basically full. It’s not like it was half way gone or empty) She just seemed very rude and I didn’t like that.

The service is horrible the people that work there either don speak or understand English or don’t know how to take orders correctly I ordered a French vanilla iced coffee with oat milk and instead I got a toasted almond iced coffee with no milk or cream whoever is in charge of this Dunkin’ needs to do something about the workers comprehension skills

I gave this place plenty of chances. First bad experience I was given expired food. I went to other locations and then came back to this one. 2nd bad experience, I had to walk out before completing my order. For some reason, the cashier apparently didn't know the menu even when I repeated and pointed at it. She was about to enter the order incorrectly anyway. I had to say forget it and walked out. This last time, apparently, small medium and large must all sound the same. I always order large, she repeated the order to me. She gave me a medium instead. I forgot to ask for the receipt. So at this point it's her word against mine. These are just examples, there's been more annoyances.

There's an woman there older than the others, she's the only one that gives you eye contact and a smile.

The donuts are usually fresh and soft. Staff members are nice. If you’re waiting for an order just let them know and they’ll help.
Vegetarian options: Avocado toast is seasoned well. (Optional bacon is also a great option and tasty.)
