I gave this place plenty of chances. First bad experience I was given expired food. I went to other locations and then came back to this one. 2nd bad experience, I had to walk out before completing my order. For some reason, the cashier apparently didn't know the menu even when I repeated and pointed at it. She was about to enter the order incorrectly anyway. I had to say forget it and walked out. This last time, apparently, small medium and large must all sound the same. I always order large, she repeated the order to me. She gave me a medium instead. I forgot to ask for the receipt. So at this point it's her word against mine. These are just examples, there's been more annoyances.

I've been in here several times they're not very friendly and no one knows how to make coffee. I've had various types of coffee drinks there and none of them were correct. Iced mocha latte is my favorite go to but it's either too much cream or too watery. I've had a hot latte I asked them not to make it with a lot of cream, I didn't want it too light ...they took all the cream out I had to ask them to put some in and still have the fix it up on my own for it to taste right. You have to ask them to cut your bagel when you ask for toasted bagel it's just barely toasted.
There's an woman there older than the others, she's the only one that gives you eye contact and a smile.
A few things they should get right is their coffee, donuts and bagels

The donuts are usually fresh and soft. Staff members are nice. If you’re waiting for an order just let them know and they’ll help.
Vegetarian options: Avocado toast is seasoned well. (Optional bacon is also a great option and tasty.)

Today I asked for a couple of ice cubes to cool down my coffee a little and they asked for a dollar for a couple of ice cubes. I didn't give them the dollar and I left.
