The bathroom in here is the worst. Dirty as hell, never keeps supply in stock such as toilet paper and soap. Sink and toilet has stain that has not been cleaned for long time. Makes you wonder if the food you eat is clean as well. Not sure if atlantis fresh market or dunkin donuts is supposed to clean them.

This dunkin always manages to make my food and drink wrong and I always get the same thing. I have also been there at anytime morning or night and they always make it wrong. I really don’t care about that actually I go ahead and let them know every time and they fix it but today I notice when they are told something is wrong they give you the same food back. I asked for a wrap with no egg. The lady went ahead make it with egg and when I told her I ask for no egg she took out the egg and handed back the wrap to me. What if the person is Allergic to that certain food that after it was in the food you just took it out and handed to the person. They need to check a little more on their workers they just doing anything.

One of the Dunkin Donuts employees tried to steal my money yesterday afternoon. I ordered 2 medium coffees and a donut and paid with a $20 bill I had my nieces and nephew with me so I was a bit distracted and the cashier only gave me three dollars and change back but by the time he gave me the change I couldn’t remember if I paid him with a 10 or a 20, but I was pretty sure it was a $20 bill so I went to my car and came back and addressed the issue the manager was very helpful and looked on the cameras and allowed me to see the cameras the employee pocketed my 20 and only gave me three dollars change the manager apologized and gave me my $10 back. Please be careful going here. The employee will steal your money

Visited here Sept 2 2024 was served by Nahar Mgr and Rupa very good customer service. The lady who works on Sunday Sadia service from her is horrible not customer friendly, lackadaisical, nonchalant, no enthusiasm about her job, no attention to detail
