I had an excellent experience at the Dunkin’ located at 4720 Third Ave in the Bronx. The store is always clean, quick, and well-organized, and the staff consistently provides great customer service. A special shout-out to the manager, who truly stands out. He is respectful, hardworking, and always makes sure customers are satisfied. You can see that he runs the store with professionalism and kindness. He manages the team well, keeps the line moving fast, and treats every customer with patience. It’s rare to find a manager who genuinely cares about both the customers and the quality of service, but he absolutely does. Because of their great service, fresh coffee, and welcoming atmosphere, this location has become my go-to Dunkin’. Highly recommend stopping by!

The young woman who assisted me was extremely rude, and in the end, she only gave me what she wanted.
I ordered a sugar-free French vanilla cappuccino, and when I arrived to pick up my order, she handed me an iced coffee. I told her that’s not what I ordered, and she just gave me another coffee with regular vanilla—and it wasn’t even hot. Out of respect for my family, I just threw it away…
But it’s a disappointment. I always go to different Dunkin’ locations, but don’t go to this one.
