Let me start by saying, the customer service was great in my personal experience! The place looks clean and it wasn't busy at all. The lady who took my order(I said hi but she didn't respond) but it's okay! is a big store for only 2 employees taking orders from online and in persons, it make sense if they are overwhelmed even though is not an excuse....While I was placing my order the female cooker approached the cashier to verify our oder because; I ordered 3 sandwiches...

Same as almost all the Dunkin donuts on the chain had only minimal amount of choices but they usually have what you want unless you want over of the oddities available in only the larger stores. They have most of the food was well. Store is kept clean and orderly and on good repair. Parking is free in the attached lot.
