I have been twice in the night and the service is terrible, the employees do not understand English and they have almost no products if you do not have any products why say it is 24 hours ??♂️ I will not go again.

This is the only Dunkin Donuts by me, and I feel ever since the renovations, they traded quality of their food items for the new layout. I got two coolattas and some munchkins, and I was disappointed. The coolattas tasted watered down, and were more like cheap slushies than the coolattas I remembered. The munchkins tasted old even though they weren’t hard, they just had an off taste to them. If I was the owner of this location, I would’ve used the new layout to add a Baskin Robbins instead of the useless mobile order pickup. They should’ve just kept the locations interior the way it was before.

When making orders they mess up and get the order wrong or they get the orders mixed up as I have had to come back to complain that it wasn’t the order I had asked for. They then question me and I got upset as I told them that I I came back from so far and they didn’t want to change it And I got mad and then only did he say that’s true an did it
