On this Saturday morning before Mothers Day I entered greeting everyone with "Good morning ".It was transparent that one of the two young ladies at the counter was training. I ordered a sandwich & coffee. I'm going to skip the part when I was having issues with my app & the manager was extremely rude. I received my order & left. Once in my car I realized that my sandwich was wrong so I returned. I got a biscuit egg cheese when I ordered a egg&cheese "wrap". The manager states "that's what you ordered. Allow me to point out1) if you would have Provided me with a receipt.This wouldn't be a debate.2) I didnt place my order with her! 3) I honestly don't even think it was a language issue, I really feel the young lady in training is not familiar with the menu.4) I repeated my order & they got it wrong for the 2nd time! Egg cheese & sausage wrap!Due to their " attitude & lack of Professionalism. I but my sandwich on the counter without a refund or replacement I had to leave.I've lived in the neighborhood for 25+ years! Before Converting into dunkin' donut it used to be big D deli! I have NEVER experienced that type of service! Respect your the community & its Residents. I HOPE THE OWNER ? THIS REVIEW & sends his staff for retraining please & love!

Food was great and best of all was the service I received from a beautiful young lady with a great smile. Customer service at its best. Too bad I didn't get her name.She took the time to answer all my questions about the assortment of frozen drinks DD has to offer. Thanks I appreciate that. I'm sure to return to this location when back in town. People will travel miles for excellent service. Keep up the good work. ?
