The donuts are very low quality. The chocolate munchkins had almost no glaze and just tasted like a soggy piece of dough. Would not recommend getting any donuts here. The service was pretty slow but there were only two workers that seemed hard working. Overall, just a standard dunkin but definitely not the best.

this used to be my local dunkin out of convenience but i guess they’ve been closed for the last week or so? is it permanent? i have no clue
This is easily the worst location I’ve ever been to in my life. At any point of the day, whether you pre-order on the app, or in store, you’re going to wait. Hot coffee’s are usually never piping hot, which means it’s not fresh enough. They’re slow, always seem to be confused and they’re just not efficient enough for me. If you’re in a hurry, don’t go here because you’ll wait 15 minutes for one item.. Just go to the cafe down the block, their coffee is way better anyway. I’ve been here way too many times out of convenience, but I won’t be returning ever again, it’s not even worth it.

Service could have been better
I love Dunkin’ so much, and this branch is the most accessible to me, so with patience, I will continue going to. But to be honest, I felt extremely dissatisfied when today (Feb. 4, 2025) the clerk on duty took my order wrong and when I clarified with the receipt in my hand, she incoherently maintained that I ordered wrong. She charged me 24 dollars just for a chocolate-covered donut and a medium cappuccino with a shot of espresso, because according to her, I had ordered 3 cappuccinos and 3 espressos. I clarified my order assertively, but I didn’t argue. Anyway, they are not efficient enough to take personalized orders. Everything should be as simplified as possible.

Worst Dunkin! Thieves! After years of buying food from here, I found out that they’ve been skimping on everyone’s food. For sandwiches and wraps that come with bacon, they give you half or less of what Dunkin Corporate directs. For my bacon egg and cheese bagels, depending on the day, they put 1 or 2 slices of bacon (they’re supposed to put 4). For my wake up wraps, they put only 1 slice (they’re supposed to put 2).
I’ve had them fix the order multiple times because I refuse to drive off unless they give me what I paid for.
I’ve called corporate at least 2 times, no changes.
I’m someone who files small court complaints and I’m really thinking about it. Because I believe I need to recoup all they’ve stolen from me & my family. They’re taking my money and giving me less than they’re supposed to. I’ve compiled pics and receipts because I was shocked.
For now, I go to the DD locations that are far even though I live 2 mins from tremont ave location.

I had in this location today, the system was not working to put money into the account or for the points, therefore I was forced to pay in cash because the system was not working, what I want is for them to put the points to my account that was not my problem, the problem is that. If the system is not working, I want the Customer Service Department to please put it on my account and let me know when the item is on my account.

They added wrong flavor to my latte , I ordered caramel and got vanilla . I also asked for light ice and half my cup was filled with ice , not to mention the place it’s super dirty napkins all over the floor dirty counters .
