I love Dunkin’ so much, and this branch is the most accessible to me, so with patience, I will continue going to. But to be honest, I felt extremely dissatisfied when today (Feb. 4, 2025) the clerk on duty took my order wrong and when I clarified with the receipt in my hand, she incoherently maintained that I ordered wrong. She charged me 24 dollars just for a chocolate-covered donut and a medium cappuccino with a shot of espresso, because according to her, I had ordered 3 cappuccinos...

My large Iced caramel latte extra Carmel no whip cream was good but my sesame bagel toasted with butter was burned so it's wasn't good. The store is small but kept clean. The service was good. They were polite and

Always fast, hot food and super fresh donuts. The ladies do have a preference to the people with manners. If they don't like you, or you rush them they make their accents heavier and ask you to repeat yourself a few times. Is funny when is not being done to you.
