On October 12 /25 at 12:15 pm - I decided to go through dukin drive thru , placed my order with my husband we ordered 2 iced caramel craze with extra caramel, chocolate donut & one glaze donut , things were great until they weren’t , upon us receiving our drinks they were warm , disgusting & very dark ! I explained to the girl at drive thru how the drink tasted , she took them back & replied it will be remade , we said thank you we will come inside because we knew it was going to hold them up at drive thru , my husband went inside first & no later than 4 mins later he calls me & asked me can I handle it because they were getting him upset ; when I go inside the manager comes up to me & ask what happened I explained it to her she said she sorry & will fix it , the girl at the drive thru saw they were doing something wrong & asked rafi to switch as I proceed to stand there waiting on our drinks their were 2 guys at the drink station his name was rafi & another male ! As I drinks were being remade he poured the milk from the gallon into the cup & he then brew the expresso shot into the metal container you do steam milk in & just pour tipped the drinks based off his eye measurements, then poured it into our cup little by little & then he stirred it without any ice & then he put the ice by that time the ice was melting pretty quickly because it was very warm due to the expresso & milk , as we expressing our feelings Rafi VERY UNPROFESSIONAL HE DECIDED TO SMILE / LAUGH AT US , we explain to him that’s nothing funny & that we will be going to write a review on him & he said he didn’t care & GAVE US HIS NAME ! When I told him I will write the review most definitely he then said he couldn’t wait for it , as this is going on the manager tells him to stop & so does his peer at the station with him but he didn’t he kept going & smiling / laughing & saying he doesn’t care

Went on to get my usual order a medium Iced coffee, never again tastes like Burnt cigarettes creek water coffee . Then they are rude about the Order.

It used to be my fav Dunkin. However hygiene is a huge issue with me. Cashier handling $$$ then preparing drinks. Not hand washing, not gel sanitizer or gloves… other guy preparing my coffee touching the cup until the rim… I was very disgusted. Then I asked him why? Instead of changing the cup or apologizing, he kept going on saying “ I am not touching inside” THANK U for not touching inside. Usually the ladies made a better coffee. But the guys are not clean at all. I wonder if they get trained… no wonder why I always get stomachache from Dunkin.
