Dunkin, people, Dunkin... ok I'll say good for a quick bite!

It used to be my fav Dunkin. However hygiene is a huge issue with me. Cashier handling $$$ then preparing drinks. Not hand washing, not gel sanitizer or gloves… other guy preparing my coffee touching the cup until the rim… I was very disgusted. Then I asked him why? Instead of changing the cup or apologizing, he kept going on saying “ I am not touching inside” THANK U for not touching inside. Usually the ladies made a better coffee. But the guys are not clean at all. I wonder if they get trained… no wonder why I always get stomachache from Dunkin.

This is my favorite Dunkin in the neighborhood, I always get cold brew and it’s always fresh and you can tell it’s been brewed correctly. Sometimes I go to different Dunkins in the area and the cold brew is too strong or too weak. The staff at this location are very nice and efficient, I always enjoy coming here!

I only go here because you can park and go inside. The people seem like they are lost and don’t really know where they are working. When you ask for certain things, they don’t seem to understand you. Or maybe it’s all an act. I’m not sure. But I got my coffee and I left so I got what I came for.

Don't bother wasting your time. They don't know how to make coffee or just don't care if you come back. Less busier then usual go figure. I went further down and bought another coffee. Smh do better. On top of that the wait time. It's like one guy is working lol it's a joke.

The server must have been having a BAD day. She seemed bothered and rude, taking my order and handling the overcooked hash browns to me.

Fast and good service. Am suggesting to the corporation to renew the perks and have more friendly APP available for the customers. Me and my family come to dunkin. at least twice a day.

No one knows what they are doing despite there being million employees in there. Honestly the service is rude and no one looks like they want to be there even though everyone looks like they are on some sort of temporary stay in the USA so I would imagine the incentive to work would be stronger. Like the other Dunkin in town, this location USED to be fine but has gone downhill. Honestly all these fast food places are going downhill and I predict their bankruptcy. Dunkin is definitely struggling. When I went in here the staff were joking around on their IPads and a man teaching another staff member to make a drink taught him with no enthusiasm and rushed it so I was given some random tasting drink. That’s another thing about Dunkin nowadays. There is no consistency across stores!!!!!
