Crowded, under staffed slow. The employee can do but so much, typical d&d breakfast. Tried the grill cheese loved it with a cup of joe. There's hardly any seats to sit.

It's Dunkin, I really dont know what else to say about it. I was here for their $6 dollar special on a bacon, egg & cheese with a medium coffee hot/cold. The place was clean when I was there & I spent very little time waiting for my order.

Idk what happened in the last 2 days but they're quite slow

Update: I made this order before I arrived by like 20 minutes and it wasn't even done yet. Let alone, I made it in front of the cashier and saw them get my request wrong anyways when they mentioned they did not have old fashioned donuts. That is fine if something is out of stock, but they were already beyond late on just filling in 3 donuts and they still got the order wrong anyways.

For over a year their signature drinks were poorly crafted by workers but in the last 48 hours service has fallen behind by a mile. There's no way twice in a day (which is didnt mention) is an online order behind by over 20 minutes. Mind you, you can see what orders they have on the screen in preparation, it was not busy. I peeped they were giggling amongst eachother I hope they had fun.

Husband suffered food poisoning after eating a Donut. Apparently the donut was not fresh and I was charged twice for one beverage that was purchased. I will not be going to that location ever again. Horrible experience.

Dunkin whats going on with this location. Do we need to start complaining to Riverbay regarding the various issues affecting this location. Also, what are the correct hours of operation 5 am or 6am? Either way they don't open up at either time.

Franchise inflexibility is a major issue. Ordered a hot cappuccino through the app, only to be told upon arrival that the machine was down for cleaning. Neither I nor the store could cancel the order. Dunkin' needs to empower franchises to update online ordering availability in real-time. This is basic customer service.
