My child’s health was put at risk by a careless employee, came home to find grilled cheese order was covered in mold. I would never order from this location again and hope this review will make others aware of the shocking disregard to food safety this location provides.

The elderly man with the dead eyes at the register is incredibly rude. He's not just having a bad day He's always like that. Him being there makes me think twice before coming in to eat at this location.
They’re scamming people in here. Charging almost 5 dollars for a small cold brew then serving iced coffee. I worked for a gourmet coffee company for years. There shouldn’t be a burnt flavor in cold brew and the color is way off. When I brought it to the attention of the staff they all put their heads down and a male staff member immediately offered me a shot of espresso in it which I’m pretty sure the girl didn’t even put in the cup.

Dunkin has become the assembly line of Coffee making. Too much sugared products and service sucks as well. I prefer Starbucks. But in a rush and you need a fast fix. They barely reach the finish line. Not a fan.
Parking: The Spots are tight and the poeple really do not car about denting your car.

The team needs retraining. While the regular manager was out on vacation, the hooligans behind the counter assaulted a regular patron. These people that were hired by DD do not have appropriate training, they do not know how to speak to people with respect, they closed the mobile ordering and made people wait, but never announced that there would be a delay. This caused multiple people to be late to work and the fiasco even caused police presence to be needed. This situation is disgusting and unjust. Please hire better people to run your stores. I am forwarding all my concerns to the corporate office for further investigation and assistance.
