Idk what happened in the last 2 days but they're quite slow
Update: I made this order before I arrived by like 20 minutes and it wasn't even done yet. Let alone, I made it in front of the cashier and saw them get my request wrong anyways when they mentioned they did not have old fashioned donuts. That is fine if something is out of stock, but they were already beyond late on just filling in 3 donuts and they still got the order wrong anyways.
For over a year their signature drinks were poorly crafted by workers but in the last 48 hours service has fallen behind by a mile. There's no way twice in a day (which is didnt mention) is an online order behind by over 20 minutes. Mind you, you can see what orders they have on the screen in preparation, it was not busy. I peeped they were giggling amongst eachother I hope they had fun.

Husband suffered food poisoning after eating a Donut. Apparently the donut was not fresh and I was charged twice for one beverage that was purchased. I will not be going to that location ever again. Horrible experience.

Dunkin whats going on with this location. Do we need to start complaining to Riverbay regarding the various issues affecting this location. Also, what are the correct hours of operation 5 am or 6am? Either way they don't open up at either time.

Franchise inflexibility is a major issue. Ordered a hot cappuccino through the app, only to be told upon arrival that the machine was down for cleaning. Neither I nor the store could cancel the order. Dunkin' needs to empower franchises to update online ordering availability in real-time. This is basic customer service.

I was charged twice for the same item. I used the app and wanted to get a drink with my points. My points were used and I was also charged
Update: I was charged twice for a latte. I used 900 points and I was charged $4.34. I reached out to DD customer service twice via email. Every response was just a means to run me around. I received an email with an 800 number to get assistance with this matter. I called and was put on hold 3times. Finally I was told the $4.34 would be refunded to my debit card. I got a call back moments later to inform me the matter will be bounced back to the store where the overcharge occurred.
DD must be suffering from the boycott. If this is the case I'm glad. They pressed
to refund $4.34??? The boycott must be making an impact. My intention is to support the boycott as well. I had monies remaining on the app I wanted to use up. DD is the worst and doesn't deserve our $$$

It like they do it purposely take their sweet time to kill the clock on their shift two weeks straight going before my shift starts and there always something wrong the PERson moving slow to take orders it never fails

As a cyclist, this is a cozy spot to chill. Just sorry don't order the $6 meal. It's really small and not good enough to power up a hungry roadie. Add some more protein D.
