Whoever was on shift on 09/01/2022 at 4:00pm was on their phone talking and did not even try to take my order, they said “we’re closed right now”. That was a lie, if any managers read these please do better and hire someone else. That is unacceptable

I ordered the Dunkin Midnight Dark Roast coffee with a donut a little after 7pm. The coffee was so smooth and rich. It was not overpowering which I liked since I do not drink coffee regularly. I could taste notes of chocolate on my tongue. My experience with the donut was another story. It was quite stale to the touch and bite. It crunched when I bit into it. I would have hoped the Dunkin associate would have warned me before putting it in the bag.
