The donuts were terrible, they tasted stale like they’ve been sitting there for a day and hardly had any frosting or jelly inside of it. The coffee wasn’t good either, I will say that at least the coffee didn’t taste burnt like some Dunkin’ Donuts but I asked for extra caramel and it didn’t taste like they put any in there. They hardly have anything to sell most of the time I go there so I don’t understand why they’re open / in service if most of the items on the menu they don’t have in store. I would say don’t waste your time and go somewhere else / to another Dunkin Donuts.

I Just spent 20 minutes waiting for an employee to take my order. 4 employees walking around and all 4 prioritizing drive thru orders and no one servicing the customers standing right in front of them I was the only customer in the store waiting for a cashier to take my order and I was totally ignored cashiers were too busy talking amongst themselves . I don’t think I will be visiting this location again

Very very slow taking forever

First red flag was the PENDING REVIEW sign in their window. Then I saw teenagers working behind the counter. Then I noticed how many people were in the store waiting for their orders. I knew this wasn't going to be good. Then after they finished my drink, 2 people picked it up and kept moving it around instead of calling the name or placing it on the pink pad for completed orders. Then no napkin or straw.
Holy moly. This place is horrible. BTW, you need to get a lot of negative points in order to acquire the PENDING REVIEW after an inspection! Close this place down ASAP.

The new people that you guys are hiring suck they mess up on orders then have an attitude when you tell them to fix it. Am I begging for free food? or did I use the money that I had to stand on my feet for to use and pay for it?

I was approaching through the drive way for coffee & said hello like 8 times(by ten minutes) no body response, they were like no answer even they were not responded like wait or something & then went window then sales person said we are busy.
