Horrible place! I don’t know how they manage to give my order to someone else MULTIPLE times! This makes no sense, time & money wasted. DO NOT get food from here if you want the best customer service.

I know, it’s just a coffee store but this place was so unorganized and staff has no communication skills. 6 members on the clock and all of them are in different poles. The most noticeable fact about Dunkin’ Donuts, none of the team members ever said Hi or Hello or any courtesy if you walk in. So far Kathy was the only team member who was absolutely personable and care about guests even it’s just for a small coffee. The manager of the store needs training on guest service and employee management. By the way, this review is all about the service and standards. The brand itself never failed to provide the best morning bagels and coffees. Having proper managers would change the whole dynamics which would bring more revenues for this brand.
The workers that works here horrible they talk to you anytype of way and no good customer service at all and the boss talks to a lil teen that workers there well supervisor to exact to much favoritism former worker and to much drama and they act like lil kids

If I could give zero stars I would. They aren’t clean in this coffee shop, get orders wrong and they are so unprofessional to lower staff members. This is coming from a former employee. Do not go here. They’re rude to customers and call some people names.Dietary restrictions: I am lactose intolerant and ordered a coffee without regular milk I asked for coconut milk and they gave me regular milk. I am highly lactose intolerant.
