I come here cause I live in Skyview towers, I come here for the ice cream. The ice cream is delicious like always, service is not that good, I've been here twice this week an the people behind the counter are a little not with it Maybe overwhelmed or something cause I ask a question about the ice cream an they just look at me like I'm a ghost so I don't know what that's about. Inside is nice an spacious an cool an comfortable.

My food is always ready when I get here which I love. This place is always crowded so order ahead is the only way to go. They don't have bacon though and since I'm gluten free the snacking bacon is the only food I can eat from Dunkin donuts and they don't have it.Dietary restrictions: Only good for dairy free drinks. No dairy free/gluten free foods
I have never been to a restaurant so disinterested in serving you or taking your money. The employees were very busy on their phones and could care less about the customers. Also they had almost no ice cream flavors and the ones they had were mislabeled and the woman had an attitude when we asked her what flavor things were.

I've had bad and good experiences at this location, but lately my experiences have been poor. There has been a shift in management for sure. I walk in this morning to order my coffee with oat milk as I usually do and the gentleman tells the cashier that there isn't any oat milk because the stock hasn't come in. I received no apology. She offers me almond milk instead. That's it! I am a frequent customer. This is what I buy all the time. Now, I'm forced to drive to another DD to get my coffee. Why? There are two supermarkets across from you. They could easily purchase oat milk from one of those supermarkets until the stock arrives. They rather loose $4 for a medium coffee and whatever else I was going to purchase than make an effort to purchase oat milk. In another occasion before that...the cashier (a different cashier) tells me that they don't have many varieties of ice cream because the stock hasn't come in. She was very apologetic. I tell her that I'd choose from what they have. I pay for the ice cream and walk over to choose my ice cream. I realize that they only have about four nut flavors. My daughter has severe allergies to nuts. I walk back to the cashier and ask for a refund. The young lady walks over to the same gentleman and explains the situation. The gentleman starts to shout at the young girl. He states that refunds will bring trouble and goes on...I jump in to defend the girl. I explain to what took place and tell him that he shouldn't shout at her! Another issue is that the have the ice cream with nuts next to the nut free ice cream. Have they ever heard of cross contamination? I have to find a new DD for sure which is an inconvenience because this is my neighborhood DD.
