The Marble Hill location is very convenient. It is smoothly run and the staff is very efficient too. The coffee is fresh and tasty and the turnover of foods is great, but there are too many wandering young people hanging around inside and not necessarily eating donuts, this shop is already small. Please fix that and keep up your good work!

Great location and very courteous staff. The food is always fresh. Nicely kept and clean too. The problem with this location is that it is very small, and it runs out of donuts very quickly. Nine out of ten times they are out of the donuts I want( coconut, Boston cream or old fashioned). The donuts fly off the shelf -- good for business bad for buyers☹️.

This location used to be excellent. The last few months the service has slowly gone downhill. I use the app and there have been a few hiccups. It happens and they were minor. However, today when my husband went to pick up an order for me, they claimed that I did not order from them. When he showed them the receipt on his phone, they found the order receipt in their garbage, unfulfilled.... They made up the order and apologized. However when he walked out he realized that they didn't complete the entire order. He went back to the counter and had to prompt them to finish fulfilling the order.Because this is not the first time is why I made a decision to write a review.It's a shame because there were very few customers in the store, he said none when he arrived, and two teenagers near the end of the debacle. It is not a high traffic area, this is something they should have been able to handle. I hope their service gets better so this Dunkin' Donuts can be successful and remain open.
