Order a sandwich on a croissant yesterday and they told me they didn’t have any croissants, asked if I can come the next day with receipt of the online order and they told me yes, comes the next day it’s a different guy and I tell him I have proof and now they telling me I gotta come back another day when the manager is in, and I can’t even get a refund.
I've had to walk out nore times then I've been served. Constantly taking longer the 20 minutes for a line of 2 people. And when I finaly do get my order taken it is wrong.

They didn’t have two employees and he was rude and didn’t heat up cheese for my cream cheese sandwich and a man was waiting there for 40 minutes just for a coffee and a bagel we waited in the store for 30 minutes didn’t make our things right and nobody should go their because they are bad make things wrong have one person working their.
