The service at this Dunkin' is bad. I ordered a coffee with one sugar and it came with three, and my husband ordered a black coffee, but they gave it to me with milk. Terrible service at night.

Twice I have ordered so far coffee thru door dash n twice they send me the wrong item. While I may get a refund from door dash the point is that I get what I ordered. This is a major inconvenience.

They can never get their Uber or door dash orders correct. They give you what they feel like putting in your bag. It’s not an isolated incident it’s ALLL the time. Get your ish together.

Didn't like that there was no place to sit. It felt very uncomfortable standing up. Previously there were seats but they were removed. I asked one of the workers why were the seats removed and her answer was that there is no space but there is ample space to place a long counter with seats. I was able to stand and eat uncomfortably. I hope the franchise reconsiders building a counter with seats.

This location has the worst morning employees in the AM. I was treated horribly by an employee there while trying to pick up my mobile order today at 8:10am. The female hispanic employee that was there was nasty and rude and accusing me of yelling at her while i was trying to explain to her that apparently theres a 2nd mobile order there with the same first name and last name initial, but it wasnt mine. She kept insisting that it was mine even tho i kept telling her that it wasnt my order. Then she walked away without giving me my order in full. I was missing a bag of bagel minis. Then i ask her politely to please pass me the bag i am missing. She refused and walked away. So i immediately contacted corporate and filed a complaint against her. If you dont like your job at dunkin donuts then dont work there! She initiated the aggressive interaction and her customer service skills is non existent. Will be updating my post later today with her name/photo.

If it wasn't next to a hospital, business would not be coming. You really should get nicer employees all throughout the day but especially in the AM so much attitude when they don't cook things right. Just, check ya attitude and temperature, or I'll go to Starbucks. And the drinks here are under sized why I got 3/4 of my latte filled, crazy

Service was alright but could of been better today. The cashier was stressed cause; I'm assuming a local bum, and his female partner decided to steal the money from the tip jar. She decided to act like a paying customer, and skip a bunch of people behind me, and start putting on a scene speaking loud demanding. The cashier didn't do anything, but say to the woman that the guy needs to leave. The cashier had people waiting a good while to order due to being afraid of kicking them out. Neither of them didn't have any weapons to be fully scared. I suggest order on the app, or on the website to get your order fast(in and out quickly).
Love it. Can’t wait for it to reopen.
