This place is extremely racist with people of color. They let people skip you in line, ignore your orders and purposely make your drinks the wrong way if they have a problem with your ethnicity.. Today at 10:15 Am, I waited in line for 8 minutes, just for them to take a customer that spoke their language, order ahead of mine. I asked why they skipped and ignored me. The guy laughed in my face. Don't give this establishment your hard earned money. Plenty of coffee shops in the area. This place has a low rating for a reason. If you are of color, watch how they treat you.

I ordered a medium iced caramel latte, but what I received was completely different from what I expected. The drink was mostly cream with little to no coffee flavor, making it feel like I was just drinking cream. When I mentioned this to the staff, they didn’t remake the drink—instead, they only added some caramel syrup and handed it back to me. Unfortunately, this was disappointing and felt like a waste of $6. I don’t plan on ordering in person again, as the order was not taken carefully and the service did not address the issue properly.

Second time I have been there for coconut donuts for some reason every time I go to this location the coconut donuts are stale. I will never go to this location for coconut donuts again. This was in the morning between 9- 10am. Very sad will go to the city from now on on my way to work! My turkey sausage and egg sandwiches were fine but my donuts were so stale they reached rigor mortis!

This place is almost near horrible. I get coffee at varying times, all the time. It is consistently okay in the morning. If you go anytime after 3pm when the men are mostly working, your coffee will be trash. Unfortunately I am going to have to stop going here, the people are nice enough but I can’t keep getting too cold, too bitter, not enough sweetness, and just plain messed up coffee orders!

I always order online because i don’t like to wait, today i ordered way earlier than usual and when i got there it was weird that i had to wait for my coffee a couple of minutes later a guy came back saying that they give him the wrong order i look up and i saw my name on the cup sticker and the guy’s finger marks, i watch as they pass the cup to another person to “remake” my order. when i got my order i leave because i was late to work when i was about to drink my coffee i noticed they give me the same cup with the guy’s fingers marked on it, they just change the cup lid and give to me.
Horrible customer service. They will leave you waiting for nothing. Nobody helps you
