Did a mobile order they never even gave me my donut and gave it to some other person while I was there and had payed for it already the rest of them had food coloring so I couldn’t even get what I payed for

This place is almost near horrible. I get coffee at varying times, all the time. It is consistently okay in the morning. If you go anytime after 3pm when the men are mostly working, your coffee will be trash. Unfortunately I am going to have to stop going here, the people are nice enough but I can’t keep getting too cold, too bitter, not enough sweetness, and just plain messed up coffee orders!

I always order online because i don’t like to wait, today i ordered way earlier than usual and when i got there it was weird that i had to wait for my coffee a couple of minutes later a guy came back saying that they give him the wrong order i look up and i saw my name on the cup sticker and the guy’s finger marks, i watch as they pass the cup to another person to “remake” my order. when i got my order i leave because i was late to work when i was about to drink my coffee i noticed they give me the same cup with the guy’s fingers marked on it, they just change the cup lid and give to me.

Coffee was bitter, could not finish. Half of my order was not ready for pick up, the donut holes. I had to ask about them. Server did not seem care. Copped attitude for no reason. Will not go back to that store.

15th june at 3:51 pm i go there store and purchased 3 drinks and all was large size then they give me a Cup holder and i was leaving there store and i was going little far so it was tuff to carry so i entered again in the store and ask a Bangali Guy who was taking my order i asked him so politely that Can you do me a favor - can you give me a plastic bag to carry those drinks like the delivery bag and the guy is saying that no I can’t then I said why you can’t and he was saying that it’s just for the uber Eats and delivery. And i was saying if anyone need then why you can’t give that most of the Dunkin gives that and he was saying we are not the most of them.
Like few weeks ago I visited and ordered a drink and there scanner was not working good and suddenly the same guy takes my phone and started putting the code he don’t even ask me that can i have your phone it’s not working i was shocked what he was doing. The guy is always in a Attitude mood and he didn’t even respect any customers. I never saw such a stupid Employee in my entire life.
This Dunkin' is great. Very nice staff and they are very professional. I've been going to this Dunkin' for years and they've even memorized my order. I appreciate all their hard work. Shout to the Parkchester Dunkin' !

Not bad but I spent 20 dollars on 4 DOUNTS LIKE ARE YOU CRAZY this place not clean no seats not really on donut day they make you buy a drink for a free donut ?please don’t go here ?

I'll go to corporate, for the love of God even though the staff is so warm and amazing and totally deserve a raise, however !This location has a big problem, EVERY thing that people enjoy is almost always out of stock.In particular corn muffins.I was told that some guy comes in and buys most of their corn muffins every morning.Some guy should not be able to walk in and buy 12 of them every single day.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE have them triple the number of corn muffins they bake.I and others are tired of walking in and being told that something is not there.Just yesterday I walked in with dangerously low blood sugar and figured I'd have the one thing that I enjoy in this world with the worst life at the moment that I'm struggling with right now. And I couldn't even get a bloody corn muffin because there's never any there. That's as dumb as the dunkin' donuts running out of butter.If you bake too many corn muffins give them away at the end of the day or something, it's better than having too few.I am depressed as hell right now and sometimes it's one little thing that can make a person's day brighter.I never did get my damn corn muffin I just walked out and ashamed and disappointed. This is like the third time I will adjust my rating if this improves.Where it says, "what did you get" I just want to put "DISAPPOINTED"Because that's what I got, disappointed as I frequently am with this chain but even more so with this location.When they ask you "how much did you spend?
