I'll go to corporate, for the love of God even though the staff is so warm and amazing and totally deserve a raise, however !This location has a big problem, EVERY thing that people enjoy is almost always out of stock.In particular corn muffins.I was told that some guy comes in and buys most of their corn muffins every morning.Some guy should not be able to walk in and buy 12 of them every single day.PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE have them triple the number of corn muffins they bake.I and others are tired of walking in and being told that something is not there.Just yesterday I walked in with dangerously low blood sugar and figured I'd have the one thing that I enjoy in this world with the worst life at the moment that I'm struggling with right now. And I couldn't even get a bloody corn muffin because there's never any there. That's as dumb as the dunkin' donuts running out of butter.If you bake too many corn muffins give them away at the end of the day or something, it's better than having too few.I am depressed as hell right now and sometimes it's one little thing that can make a person's day brighter.I never did get my damn corn muffin I just walked out and ashamed and disappointed. This is like the third time I will adjust my rating if this improves.Where it says, "what did you get" I just want to put "DISAPPOINTED"Because that's what I got, disappointed as I frequently am with this chain but even more so with this location.When they ask you "how much did you spend? "The answer is 0 because there's no damn corn muffins !When it asks you "what would you recommend" I would put, "A fluffing corn muffin if they ever had any"Once again the staff is amazing but this place is a depressing corn muffin desert.Sincerely - a very depressed, Autistic Golden Retriever of a Human being who to this day still has not gotten his corn muffin.

Everyone seemed to be confused this day and had multiple people waiting for their orders, having to ask them a second time what they order. I placed my order, simple black coffee, no milk or sugar, 10 of those mini donuts. They never got to my order and had to ask me again after like 15 minutes. All they had to do was give a simple black coffee, done. Got home and it had milk and sugar in it. I’m lactose intolerant and had to toss it. Got 5 donuts instead of the 10 after having paying for 10. Never returning to this place.

I requested 2 iced coffees. Errol, the order taker, placed an order for 2 hot coffees. After a lengthy wait, he realised his mistake and gave me the iced coffees. I was at the door when he yelled “you owe me 2 dollar”. I went back gave him what he asked for. He gave me the change and no receipt off course. I was delayed, given the wrong order, embarrassed and probably over chargers. Very chaotic and disappointing

The interior of this eatery was updated in spring 2023. The patron counter was removed which is great because it wasn't stable. The new setup is primarily grab and go. We've never had an issue with placing a mobile order and finding it ready for pickup upon arrival.The staff works hard to move the queue. They now offer coffee on tap. They do offer complementary wifi. If you have dietary restrictions please note that pork products are served here.Patrons should also be cognizant of the fact that they can pick up after themselves. Care about your surroundings and pick something up if you drop it. The workers are there to serve you, but they are not your personal maids.

This is the absolute worst Dunkin. Wife asked for something very simple. A croissant stuffer not warmed up and they refused to give it to her saying they don't serve it like that. EVERY OTHER ONE WILL GET IT UNWARM IF PEOPLE REQUEST IT. Owner is clueless saying it's corporate policy which is a lie. Never go here to the one on Metropolitan Avenue.
