Yesterday I ordered a medium iced latte with coffee milk I asked one of the workers if she put coffee milk she said yes when I drank my coffee it made me sick. She must of put regular milk because normally coffee milk don't make me sick. So she lied I wont be going back there no more.

There is an employee at night today (10/19/2025) they are supposed to close at 10pm, I arrive at 8:59pm and she tells me that she has already closed the area of ice cream shakes that she closes early that area. and she did not make them I couldn't compare 10 ice cream shakes I left my house for nothing. all thanks to her. the customer service is horrible. if I lose sales like this because of an irresponsible employee.😡😡

Unfortunately, I have to keep coming to this Dunkin’ because it’s the only one close to my house and my mom really enjoys the strawberry ice cream. Recently, I noticed that a Dominican employee I hadn’t seen in a while seems to be back working here. Sadly, her attitude is always terrible. She constantly looks angry, acts bitter, and provides very poor customer service. It honestly feels like she hates her job. I know I sound harsh, but the way she treats customers is unacceptable.

Poor African cashier crashes out over .54 cent left in tray.. said the customer was coming back for it when he store was empty. Then accused me of stealing the forgotten change. But if he takes it from the return slot he calls it a “tip..” and not stealing. I wonder how often he takes the forgotten change ?? Lost a $10 dollar order and customer over .54 cent.
Tired of coming here and being harassed for money everyday, they just let ppl hang around the store and ask ppl to buy them stuff. I thought I left my kids at home. I don’t mind here and there but every single day? I just want to grab my drink and go

Never coming back. Went yesterday to around 3:30 pm! We wanted to enjoy donuts. However, we go to ordering. The cashier said, "we are sold out." Yet we visible see there are donuts. But we are told that "there for tomorrow morning". That is so discussing! Not only refuse to sell any donuts. But also the leaving food out overnight!! So something about this!

The people you have at this location that open on sundays are terrible. I get there every sunday at 5:55 Am They open at 6am. 6am comes they still in there trying to get ready. They see people at the door And wont open till About 6:15 6:20. That is not good service at all.
