“I visited this Dunkin’ Donuts with my husband this morning and was disappointed by the lack of professionalism. When we walked in, we greeted the staff with a friendly ‘Good morning,’ but neither the girl nor the guy working acknowledged us at all. We ordered a dozen donuts, and the entire experience was lacking warmth or friendliness. However, when an older man walked in, the girl behind the counter suddenly became extremely cheerful, greeting him loudly with a bright ‘Good morning.’ It was shocking to see such a stark difference in treatment. This kind of inconsistency and lack of basic courtesy is very unprofessional and disappointing.”

they make their hot chocolate with water while when i go to any otehr DD they make it with milk i asked for sprinkles with my donut and i got donuts that were crumbled&squished without sprinkles. also i onlysaw one person at the cashier

If you want to drink coffee, be ready to wait up to 20min If you do mobile order, do it 20min before you arrive They forget everything, they do their job too slow to call it ‘work’.

The lady who made the drink today in the afternoon made the drink better than the same exact drink I had for the first time a couple days ago from a different worker. I say the way drinks are being made depends on the worker since the first time I tried it, it tasted bad but today since it’s a different worker it tasted good. (review stars based on both workers)

been here A few times, everything was horrible. Service was slow and terrible, they looked uninterested to be there, which I understand but at least don’t make me wait 20 minutes for a coffee. Coffee itself, and food each time that I had been there was terrible. The donut tasted like it was the day old and they ran out of hashbrowns. type shi don’t go there sad day for fordham students

The chubby brown skin guy looked piercings was ignoring me as I was telling him what to do with my order…
So when you have a Dunkin Donuts connected to a gas station you don't expect the customer service to be the best however at this location I am always pleasantly surprised they always greet you take your order and you get your food relatively fast so nice to see that customer service is still around alive and well
