So when you have a Dunkin Donuts connected to a gas station you don't expect the customer service to be the best however at this location I am always pleasantly surprised they always greet you take your order and you get your food relatively fast so nice to see that customer service is still around alive and well

its a typical dd in the bronx buts its open 24/7, good selection of donuts and food options and a baskin robbins section as well. some seating in back corner and wifi is stong but no bathroom which is the norm at most dd. grabbed a half dozen assorted donuts , 3 coffees and its grab and go as i make my way to visit a friend in my old bronx neighborhood, nothing fancy here and thats just fine with me.

This is literally the worst DD I’ve ever seen. I was the only one on line and waited 10 minutes to be helped. THEN I waited 20 more minutes to get my coffee while everyone who ordered after me got their orders. Unless you are desperate for coffee, don’t go to this location.

Went yesterday to pick up a mobile order, got there in 10 minutes and I waited 30 minutes for my order! Why? Because they had 1 person working everything!! Unacceptable! Business poorly run by management! Poor use of space. Very dingy. Very poor location. You're better off at another location.

Drink is consistently wrong whenever I order, asks for liquid sugar and I either get no sugar or granulated sugar, not sure why I can never taste the syrup flavor save yourself the trouble of going to this

4/27/2022 Sometime after 5 I have to admit I never had encountered a problem with Dunkin' Donuts until I went to this specific location today. My partner and I came in and stood off of the line area so we could take a good look at the menu as we knew what drink we're was getting yet we were considering what to eat. The worker in turn was already attending someone else so I took no mind in taking my time, other than the person being attended, the worker and us there was no one else. The worker finishes attending the other person and proceeds to ask me how may she help me, I told her I needed a moment to look at the menu politely, and I heard her breather heavy I continue to discuss what we're going to get, when I finally made up my mind and order I ordered a Sig. Caramel Craze Latte, a Frozen Chocolate, (4) Snackin' Bacon, sausage, egg and cheese croissant, and a vanilla glazed with sprinkles donut. She was very rude while taking my order, I thought she was stressed cause it was only her there, but I was taken aback by how she spoke to me when I was waiting for my order. I stood in the waiting area waiting for her to make the order and let me know about it. Usually in Dunkin' employees call out the order and the person approaches them and pucks it up at the counter, this particular worker placed my order in the mobile order pick up rack and after a good 15 minutes say "oh your stuff is there" while she was still making the last drink. I always order the same drink for myself at Dunkin' A caramel craze signature latte, and it has caramel syrup, whipped cream, and nutmeg which are the ingredients I normally recognize, she gave me the supposed ordered latte with little to no caramel syrup, no whipped cream and no nutmeg mind you no sugar either. The Frozen Chocolate tasted the same as my drink and didn't have chocolate syrup. The food taste was ok but the way it was packaged a disaster, the croissant was basically "thrown" together as she literally didn't place the croissant sandwich together properly and wrapped it with the top part off having the cheese stuck completely to the wrapper, and I wasn't given the ordered donut. Whether she was having a bad day or something. I feel sorry she was going through a tough day. Everyone has them, but man food means everything to me
