Great location, right off the highway. There is a gas station there as well. Plenty of parking. The drive-through was busy, but parking and going in took no time. The employees were very friendly. The drinks were perfect. The store was clean as well as the restrooms.

Do not support this business!!! There’s a coffee shop and gas station BUT NO BATHROOM!! They Wouldn’t let my pregnant wife use the bathroom that was blocked off that’s intended for customers. They haven’t had a bathroom since Covid! Had to help her squat in the forest next to it..

Southbound Dunkin has had broken restrooms for months. No effort to fix it. Sell coffee on a busy highway, but no effort to offer a toilet. Doesn’t make sense. Avoid this business.

Skip it. Coffee tastes awful. Paid for 2 donuts only given one. Not easy to turn around and complain. Googling the next one to start over further down the road. Coffee is literally undrinksble. Don’t make this mistake

I have gone to this Dunkin and the one across, Hutch North many, many times. All visits both inside and the drive through have been great. No issues with my orders or food. Very convenient when you are headed and don't want to get off the highway. Really love the new facelift both locations recently went through. Very clean and modern space. Clear, glass shelves, and different coffee on tap is a classy touch for a fast food joint

Wow avoid this place at all costs!!! Especially if you need to use the bathroom and ESPECIALLY if you are pregnant!! We stopped here on the way upstate towards the city from Brooklyn and being pregnant, I had to pee really bad and it was the only place we remembered as a rest stop. I had never been here before. I went in and there was maybe one or 2 other patrons and 2 people behind the counter. It was summer and it was pretty hot and gross in there. I made a beeline for the bathroom on the right only to be stopped by a floor sign that said they were closed... Oh crap! I did hear someone in there so I patiently waited hoping it was someone cleaning and maybe I could ask for an exception. When the male worker came out, I told him that I was pregnant and really needed to use the bathroom and asked if I could. He said "No" very rudely and continued to ask me "Can't you read? It's C L O O O S E D" all drawn out and obnoxiously pointing to the sign. I pleaded again and he still refused and asked me if I understood English and continued to say stuff to me in an annoyed tone. I mean look here MF, I was asking and speaking to you in PERFECT English, while I received rude responses in a heavy accent - I really hate when people do that. So I basically was like Wow! F you and left the store and he was looking at me with his mouth hanging open as though he hadn't been the rudest person. When I got back in the car and told my husband, he almost went back into the store, but that guy was just a miserable douche so we just drove somewhere else. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Really, closing your restroom to customers by putting refrigerator in front of the hallway? Service was always bad here but not allowing your customers to use the restroom takes it to a new level. Really Dunkin', this is how you operate??

I’m coming to this Dunkin every night and none night they don’t have anything to sell other than Donuts. They closed down everything right about 7:30 -8 even though they close later than that.
