the atmosphere is disgusting the old people that go there take up all the seats and are there all day, there nasty coughing everywhere and stinking up the place and making the place nasty. The workers don’t tell them anything they need to get these people out if there not buying anything and don’t let people sit for long time it not right for other customers.The workers are also rude and don’t like to listen when you are placing your order and want to give you what every they want to give you and over charge you for something you didn’t order. Also the place is sticky when you walk and there never anyone when you need them they give you attitude when you need to order something. They need new management that is going to take better care of the establishment and enforce the rules and speak better english.

ordered a cold brew, cold brew shouldn't have ice (ice coffee has ice, not cold brew), tried charging me extra cause i said no ice. in the past i thought they were sweet, bit what a turn off. i like strong coffee, i don't want watery coffee.
June 2025 edit/update. bumped a few stars cause while I wanted to avoid this place, I found myself running in there for someone. The attendant that helped me was very sweet and professional. Instead of overcharging me, she suggested a deal that lowered the cost of the order to half of what I was going to pay.

Horrible customer service. Tuhin, the gentleman taking the order is telling my boyfriend how you can't have liquid sugar if you get caramel sweetener in your Iced Coffee. Who cares what he likes in his coffee. Huge difference in customer service compared to Grand Central. Will not be going back!!!!!! WORRY ABOUT KEEPING A CLEAN ESTABLISHMENT.

I buy coffee at Dunking between 5 and 6 days a week and this is the worst branch, they do not change the coffee in the machine, it is pure water. I asked them to change it and they gave me the same thing again.
